Carer has been able to meet all the needs of my 91-yr mother during the interim period we were waiting for our new helper to arrive during the pandemic Sep 2021-Dec 2021 Sherlyn the boss was prompt in arranging for caregivers even at times requests were made late She goes the extra mile in thoroughly understanding the needs of the client asking relevant questions where there may have been gaps in information given Carer s caregivers are professional and reliable They were outstanding in the care shown and followed instructions to my satisfaction Sherlyn also stepped in to help when the need arose It gave me ease of mind to know I could rely on her professional advice and judgement I would strongly recommend Carer as the people to go to for caregiving needs
