Read a lot of terrible reviews on here and wanted to balance it out Been a subscriber for about 6 months and loving it Saw an offer on a poster and thought I d give it a go I once had a bottle broken during transit but the customer service team gave me a refund for that bottle I think they are a small team so I gave them some slack with response time We order 3 reds and 3 whites and usually I really like about 4 6 of the bottles It s a nice date night with my partner trying the wines so I can confirm this isn t a scam

I was recommended celler rats by a friend and have had an excellent experience with them In the 6 months of using them i think only one bottle was broken I m sure that s got something to do with royal mail I m new to wine so it s a great way of finding out what you like and from what region Would recommend in a heart beat

We ve been really excited by each one of our boxes The concept is perfect for us especially to brighten up week day evenings when you don t want to crack into a whole bottle The choice of wines for us has been bang on and looking forward to what s next

Cellarats is fantastic what a brilliant idea I love sampling the small bottles of wine and reading about where they were made what they re best paired with and what you might expect regarding flavour I treat myself a couple of times a week to sample a wine and it s like being in a wine club but in the comfort of your own home Love the quality of the wine too

Loved the concept so decided to give it a go - thoroughly impressed with the quality of the wine and the packaging I love that you can try different wines in smaller bottles to reduce waste then order the large bottles of the ones you like I called customer service to check my address on one of my orders and they were really helpful

My experience with Clear Rats has been entirely positive and I ve been a subscriber for four months Overall the wine selection has been fantastic There have only been a few bottles I haven t enjoyed but that s exactly what this model is for sampling a variety of wines and easily excluding the ones I don t like I love how simple it is to order full bottles on their website for the ones I do enjoy and want to share with friends I usually have a glass or two when I open a bottle meaning this service has saved me a lot of money by preventing me from pouring out unfinished wine I ve only had to contact their customer service team once and I spoke with Chris whose service was first-class He resolved my issue quickly and is a credit to their business

Brilliant idea and a great at-home experience

I didn t know much about wine so Cellar Rats was a great find and has helped me discover so many wines I never knew existed The idea that I can try new wines without committing to full bottles or wasting any wine is genius The recommendation of what wine to pair with a meal is also a really nice touch My personal favourite bottle is Wine No 172 Shiraz Willowglen Riverina Loved that I could sample it first and then buy full bottles directly from them I have been a subscriber for over 5 months now and not had any problems with the service The delivery experience is fast and reliable Wouldn t hesitate to recommend to friends and family

Just tried Cellar Rats and wow Love the idea of wine in small glass-sized bottles Perfect for trying different wines without committing to a full bottle Me and the Mrs end up throwing so much wine away so this is much more economical especially given the cost of living situation Quality is top-notch much much nicer than supermarket rubbish and they have a great selection Customer service was great They helped me pick wines that I actually liked and paused my order when In was on holiday Delivery was quick and everything arrived fine Highly recommend Cellar Rats if you want good wine without hassle Cheers

Really postive experience with Cellar Rats curently on my third order with them and each one continues to be better than the last They have a really vast selection and I have tired wines that usually I wouldn t have even considered before Easy to sign up and customer service when I wanted to amend an order was quick to respond Highly recommended
