Recommend using a real estate broker to find your next tenant
Needing to secure a new tenant while travelling for work put me in a difficult spot Victoria at Cheff-Lanctot took over all advertising organizing showings vetting prospects and finalizing contracts By the time I got back from my business trip all I needed to do was approve and sign off My tenant is an excellent fit for the rental unit and I could not be more pleased I l would not only recommend this service but I intend to use this service the next time I need to secure another tenant

So very happy I did it
