Nice to have a positive side in the end

After a very disappointing start to things I was contacted by Wendy resolution specialist after the first review was left The first day being in touch with her she didn t call back as said Yes after all the other issues that didn t set well Maybe she was busy and distracted just forgot or something Not the end all though and we re all in error and make mistakes at times Otherwise however she has been absolutely fantastic and she was able to allow me to get things fixed on my own and she handled things very promptly I had it all taken care of the next day and is working good as of now just in time for the warmer weather to hit again As far as Sears I really can t exemplify how absolutely disgusted I am with them As far as Cinch time will tell A very bad start and Wendy is the only reason I d give them a chance again as she was super If I could deal with her from the get go everything would be great but that s not the case unfortunately Just waiting on a refund for the out of pocket expense now Cinch did one thing right for sure by having someone like her handle things once the problems escalated
