pulte do not keep their words They threathen you I bought a home from pulte in eastfield community in bartlet Anyone reading this DO NOT BUY HOMES WITH PULTE I requested 9ft entrance door in my house Me as a buyer pointed out 7ft door that they were installing 3 times while house was getting built and all what I was told your door is on back order don t worry 3 days before closing while celebration walkway I again pointed out mistake Now a day before closing sales manager senior manager started threatening me either close or start paying 300 per penalty and we will sell your house in 1 week and retain your 40k because I signed contract My contract and change order do not even mention door height and pulte is not ready to accept their mistake NO THEY WILL NEVER Very bitter experience with Pulte DO NOT BUY HOUSE FROM PULTE IF U BUY GET READY TO BE THREATENED AND LOOSE YOUR MONEY Unfortunately I don t have option to give negative rating

HELP ME SUE THIS COMPANY They are thieves All bad reviews are true if anyone is giving this company 5 stars is related or works for this company I m looking for some people to get a lawsuit against this builder for negligence and poor workmanship and materials used They don t fix anything just rig it so you think it s fixed I have had several problems and even the 3rd party companies don t know anything It took 3 HVAC techs to find my problem but they made it seem I was the problem Do not and I mean DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Never followed up with items that still need to be fixed under my warranty - they do not respond nor do they care what happens once they have your money Still have cabinets that need replacing mis matched paint dead spots in lawn drainage issues weather stripping on front door - off after less than 6 months and there is more - and I am not the only one in this community with issues - Del Webb McKinney in Trinity Falls

I purchased a new home in a Del Webb
I purchased a new home in a Del Webb and moved into it in 2019 I have had build issues ongoing with work being done to repair the same issues every 3-6 months Poor drywall install that results in cracks unlevel floor poured and cheap paint used Their people are trained to push you off and not show for appointments The excuses are numerous and getting work corrected is not for those who can t stand up to the challenge Do not buy one of the homes they build You will regret it after just 6 months

Agreed Pulte is horrible Run If you ve already done business with them I am sorry I wish it weren t so I have heard from a handful of people complaining about the shoddy workmanship and poor customer service in general Aside from those testimonials I put up 10K preliminarily and decided to take a work promotion and to relocate The process wasn t even started yet but they kept my money that I was only using to secure the lot I wanted They should not do this kind of business There are so many more reputable companies to do business with Do yourself a favor and do not line Pulte s pockets with any of your hard earned money

Thank God I read these reviews before plunking down 25 of the purchase price Was ready to finalize our deal but spent about 30 mins with a home owner chatted with He took me through their home and showed me all the issues they are still dealing with They let me know how Pulte just ignores their requests to fix the lousy work I saw These reviews are right be aware the workmanship on Pulte homes and don t make a big mistake

We love our new home in Rancho Mirage
We love our new home in Rancho Mirage but have a horrible HOA we submitted all the landscape documents and they turned it down we did the exact same plants rocks trees as many of our neighbors have This is what I do for a living Feeling very disappointed in Del Web Rancho mirage We were told one thing and it was all untrue Be careful when dealing with Del Web Rancho Mirage power hungry HOA And we have spent well over a million on the property

The quality of the finish work is terrible Doors that do not close because they are warped Walls not completely painted Holes in the walls A list three pages long of wall divots and cracks Appliances with dents Cabinets with warp doors We must have been the last unit built and we got all the defective leftovers Just terrible workmanship oversight and quality control BUYER BEWARE

Do not buy here no matter what Sales agent lied about quick move in You are suppose to get a 30 day repair to things you find wrong with your new place All you get is the runaround Grass dying in backyard was told it would come back still no improvement Was blamed on sprinklers not working which is covered under HOA Plants in yard with fungus not replaced Before we closed ask about molding on kitchen cabinet Never fixed Do not believe anything you are told by this company WORTHLESS response for anything you ask DO NOT BELIEVE WHEN IT HAS QUICK MOVE IN AVAILABLE Does not know the meaning of the word truth
