Seren was my best friend

Seren was my best friend She raised my 3 children with me Thank you Cloud 9 Vets for having your lines open all day from 7 in the morning Thank you for answering all times and immediately Thank you for dealing with last minute changes and emergencies All your associates spoke with me with patience and kindness at all times fully understanding that we were losing a family member As sad as this experience was your support and compassionate professionalism made it possible for us to say goodbye to Seren without having to worry about anything else at all

So very grateful to the team at Cloud9 - Josie came to the house and was kind compassionate and understanding with us and our old labradoodle at such a difficult time We were unrushed and able to say goodbye to our boy in his familiar surroundings We opted for cremation afterwards and the collection was also compassionate with Marv tucked up in a basket with comfy blankets Devasted to lose him but so glad we chose Cloud9

My boy Felix goes peacefully

My boy Felix had mouth cancer and had come to the end of his ability to live with it He was such a big part of my life i decided to use Cloud 9 services to help him go peacefully The service they gave was worth every penny our vet took her time and allowed us to love him and spend our last time with him before he passed pain free and peacefully His body was then collected by a lovely woman for cremation who spent just as much time with us Wonderful people wonderful service

As peaceful as can be

Cloud 9 allowed our little dog Prudence to rest in peace at home away from the trauma she would have felt if we took her to a vet Still the most painful experience but all at Cloud 9 deserve our heartfelt thanks for their kind consideration throughout

Dear Cloud9 myself and Alyson wanted you thank you for the most caring and compassionate service we received from everyone at Cloud9 Lola went rapidly downhill on Saturday morning we called you and Filipe arrived mid afternoon the same day Filipe was so gentle with Lola and reassured us through each step as she peacefully went to sleep All our love Darren Alyson

We cannot thank Natasha enough for helping our special boy cross over Rainbow bridge She was so very understanding and compassionate and gave us our space and privacy Our boy passed peacefully his favourite place on the sofa without the stress of the vets office

Lovely service

Having made the difficult call to sue after our beloved Ellie went downhill quite quickly they were empathetic from start to finish and very compassionate They arranged David to come out to put Ellie to rest he was also very compassionate and explained the whole thing clearly to us before He also said rest in peace Ellie which will always be remembered by us Thank you for helping in our hardest times Kim

Amazing people

Cloud 9 were amazing from start to finish The lady on the phone was great they managed to sort out someone to come to our house within 2 hours after our dog had fallen seriously ill David the vet was absolutely fantastic He made an awful situation that little bit better Explained absolutely everything to us and was just all round amazing Cannot thank cloud 9 and David enough You ll forever hold a special place in our hearts for helping our Kia across the rainbow bridge with such dignity and peace

Kind Caring and Compassionate

I recently had to make the heart-wrenching decision to say goodbye to my beloved dog Teddy From the moment Filipe arrived the care and compassion shown were exceptional He explained the process in a gentile manner thoroughly putting us at ease and told us to take as much time as we needed I will forever be grateful that Teddy had his last moments surrounded by the ones that loved him in his own home I m just so glad I could say goodbye in this way The empathy and professionalism Filipe showed were evident and he made sure Teddy was comfortable at all times I am very grateful for the compassionate care provided it made an incredibly tough situation a little bit easier Thank you Filipe it meant a lot to my family and I Today I received a sympathy card from the Cloud 9 team Filipe such a lovely gesture thank you I would highly recommend
