I can t fault Coplus

Lost my car key and dreaded the thought of having to organise a replacement But I was proved wrong No hanging on the line for hours I received a helpful and friendly response The friendly locksmith arrived on time and in 30 mins I had my key I cannot fault the service I received Top marks

Easy and efficient

Claimed for a new key through my insurance and was receiving a call to confirm before I d finished the original call Was kept updated but wasn t bombarded with calls Locksmith rang when he was on his way and came at the correct time He was pleasant and efficient Couldn t pick a fault if I tried It would be nice if all companies operated in this way with staff like theirs
