Great customer care today
I received a bundle of invoices credit notes through the post from Corona Energy I rang to find out what these were and spoke to Dominic Richards who was so helpful in sorting me out also giving me the email address for a refund as I have now left Corona with a credit balance I have used Corona for many years and have always found them great not sure why I changed supplier really other than price

Real pleasure talking to Laine today couldn t fault her at all Went out of her way to listen to my issues and raised a formal complaint for me This Lady is a true credit to Corona Energy and from listening to Laine on the phone you can tell she has excellent communication and customer services skills I can t praise this Lady enough
