What makes a huge difference
What makes a huge difference in having to deal with the complexities of contacting a large company and trying to negotiate changes to one s account is - and you already know it if you my age 70 is being lucky enough to be answered by a 5 star customer service person Today I was sooo lucky to be helped by Jack S in retentions he did all the awkward bits for me and co-ordinated with sales behind the scenes to ensure a smooth change over from myself as the account holder to my daughter who needs to register as an Essentials Broadband holder at my address Jack deserves 6 stars actually and I couldn t thank him enough for all his help ShameShell is going to Talk Talk but one hopes the new owners look after such top staff - and reward them well for their excellence Shell has been an excellent and trouble free provider for the 10 years or so I ve been with them

overall your after sales service is not great since last October i have had trouble with my internet all the people i have dealt with have been very pleasant the lady i spoke to yesterday a miss tara j is the only one who has done anything positive to sort the problem out very pleased with her
