A big thank you to Dale Williamson at the Leeds store today Dale was really helpful took time answering all my questions and queries That s the reason I purchased a 3 seater and 2 seater sofas

Excellent experience from start to finish

Chris Barrowclough Leeds Store made us feel relaxed and welcome from minute one There was no pushy hard sell We were guided around the store and then allowed to roam freely However Chris would ask if we needed help every time he walked by Whist making our final selection he gave helpful information regarding design manufacturing and product quality we were directed to the refreshment area with colour swatches and product leaflets Having recently been let down by a nationwide competetor of Christoper Pratt s it was a pleasure to be made to feel valued as individuals and not just as a cash cow We are now looking forward to the delivery of our stunning new Sofa sMany thanks

New TV unit

We have been looking for a TV unit for a couple of weeks however after visiting Christopher Pratt s we found exactly what we wanted right size right colour and a good price We would like to thank Duncan for all his help throughout the process of finding the product and purchasing it He is very professional and curtesy in his job Thank you Duncan

Great quality sofas and even better service

My parents and I visited Christopher Pratt s a good 5 times recently in our quest to find the right sofa We re very indecisive but were provided with the most helpful and patient service from both Duncan on the ground floor and Andy on the second floor who we eventually put an order in with and someone else whose name we lost The quality of sofas at Christopher Pratts were the best we saw hence why we chose to go ahead with the gorgeous Austin reclining sofa The service we received was also incredible with Duncan providing expert detail on a whole range of sofas and providing us with teas and coffees on our visits and Andy doing the same on the second floor generously helping us decide on colour choices and researching other furniture coffee tables and footstools in the store to match our needs We ll definitely be back

Visited Christopher Pratts today and bought a sofa and 2 chairs Dale Williamson was the sales person and looked after us with no pressure selling and excellent advice I would highly recommend this company for a relaxed buying experience

Second time I ve bought from Pratts as well as other family members The service is excellent and always keen on price We was served by Chris Barrowclough and he was very good no pressure sales and gave me a good price Would definitely recommend

Outstanding customer service

The sign of how good a company is isn t when everything goes right but how they handle issues We had issues as the company that manufactured the furniture went bust Pratts were nothing but apologies discounts on the replacement and the post-delivery care we got was absolutely outstanding This is the first place I d go when considering any furnature in the future

First of all I love the choice of goods

First of all I love the choice of goods available at Christopher Pratts and secondly we find their salesman David Johnson to be such a helpful guy We bought a lot of furniture from Christopher Pratts last year and David was the salesman that time too We were pleased to find David available for this most recent purchase

Perfect sofa super helpful staff - highly recommended

I had been searching for about 15 years to find the perfect sofa for an awkwardly shaped room Christopher Pratts had two which would fit my room I d literally not found one anywhere else in all that time The showroom staff were super helpful and I was able to order exactly what I wanted They were incredibly accommodating when I asked them to not deliver my order for many months due to issues with the decorating of the room They could not have been more helpful in that regard My sofa was then delivered and set up professionally and tidily and I m absolutely delighted with it Special mention to Duncan who managed my purchase Can t recommend them highly enough

Very welcoming

We visited the store after looking online at 2 sofas we were interested in On arrival we were met by Dale Williamson who couldn t have been more helpful He advised us on our purchase showed us samples of fabric then left us to decide We felt at ease and not under any pressure at all We ordered two sofas and came away very happy and will certainly re visit the store
