We ordered a very long dining table last August paid on the day and waited 3 months for a very poor quality and damaged table to arrive which the delivery guys recommended we should not accept So another table was ordered on 3 months wait This arrived last week and once the again the quality was poor long lines and marks Both times the quality had not been checked by the store Now we have waited 1 week and we still do not know what is to be done about it Will a 3rd attempt be any better

Purchased a parker knoll three piece suite and carpet from christopher prattsVery dissapointed the chairs are faulty both backs differand the filling is lumpy on one chair and sette both have to be stripped down when the carpet fitters laid the carpet they brought the skirting board off the wallWe thought going to pratts and buying a parker knoll we were buying good quality very dissapointed with experience from christopher pratts

Purchased a mattress 5 yrs ago in Leeds now has a mound in the centre Customer service said normal wear and tare Been told since not true This was a Sealy Posturpaedic an engineer came out and had a poor reply from the customer service desk mattresses shouldn t have a mound in the centre going from headboard to foot board after such a short time I have receipt but not able to put my hand on it at the moment

Confusion worse confounded
Today we are waiting for a carpet fitter The arrangement was made to fit the carpet tomorrow and deliver a three piece suite and footstool on Wednesday Despite the fact we gave detailed information several times that we are elderly and unable to relocate one item of furniture a large glass double display cabinet which would require TWO physically strong men to safely move it we have just been informed ONE fitter is on his way and this is a serious concern One way communication from us to them is ineffective We have had to change other arrangements and this has increased our anxiety We thought we could rely on their organisation but now that they have thousands of pounds of our money asking for cooperation is futile Our previous experience with Pratts has been satisfactory but disappointingly not this time

What a Pratt
Been a customer for many years now Four years ago we spent 3000 on a leather sofa and chair We purchased leather cleaner and a policy 90 to cover the sofa and chairs Last week a piece of leather peeled off the headrest and I tried to claim on the policy It turns out that this substandard sofa wasn t covered as it was wear and tear and not accidental damage Pratts say the leather is only guaranteed for 2 years and are not interested We have looked after this furniture and are pensioners Never thought I d give these Pratts a one star review

Brought a sofa and chair from them 3 years ago with an alleged warrantly Both sofas are in a normal family home and used normally Was accused by customer services that we had been bouncing on the sofas was completely patronized and talked down to I have an MSs degree and work full time C pratts are lovely when you are buying and sell furniture that looks beautiful but is not designed to day to day use Will not be using them again

Paid 900 for a chair in the sale Took out 197 insurance for the chair and sofa 3k in total Service was good buying you judge a company when you have issues You only get a 2 year guarantee Chair started to lose the velvet finish after 2 years 10 months contacted the insurance company who said not covered wear and tear but you get a 5 year insurance guarantee contacted Christopher pratts to say not happy They arrange a inspector to visit he said manufacturing issues which Christopher pratts have said nothing they can do So be aware good service buying but not when you have a problem

Sofas only last a week customer service is poor
Bought our Marty sofa in Nov 2022 Had nothing but trouble The fabric has bobbled and made the sofa look really old and worn- even after the first few months this was an issue We told Pratts they sent someone to look at it- as a good will gesture someone came to de bobble it However now it has been debobbled the fabric underneath is all frayed and looks really bad Some parts have even now come away and threads have come loose Whats the most disappointing thing- Christopher Pratts are saying this is just the nature of the material - I cannot understand why they are selling sofas with this material if it s known to be a poor material Or surely they could at least put in the description of the sofa will only look good for a month because the fabric we use is known to bobble and not look good Another thing we ve been told is the material doesn t do well with touching other materials So we can t wear clothes on this sofa It s just crazy I m so disappointed because we had a great experience with this company prior to receiving the item And their offer to de bobble was appreciated however we are still highly dissatisfied with the product outcome I wanted to do a review so that if anyone was considering ordering a sofa from this company they might think again We wasted almost 3K on a sofa that s lasted not even 2 years Avoid avoid avoid

Been a loyal customer for years but last few purchases have been terrible Quality poor faulty products incorrect ordering of products customer service dire Rude managers I would never purchase from this company again and would not recommend Shame as it was our go to store
