fran nickhaving visited Anna at chris pratts leeds 25th jan i cant sing her praises high enough and the service they offered to us we had planned our full day out to visit 15 different outlets for the full day turned out anna guided us to what we wanted in the first shop she listened to what we required and we ended up buying 2 sofas and a carpet fully fitted and delivered at a fantastic discounted price im a true yorkshire man and like to get a good price and normally have to spend the time and effort trawling round everywhere to get a good deal anna wasn t pushy at all and we came away with just a perfect package within 90 minsthanks Anna and josh who is coming to measure up for our carpetamazing

Great Servce and Value

We have purchased furniture several times from Christopher Pratts Leeds and have always found they provide an excellent service We visited the store this time to purchase a Restless recliner we were greeted by Dale who gave us a friendly welcome and advised us on all the options that were available He had an a very good knowledge of all the products and provided the information we required to allow us to choose the best option and price available for the chair we selected The engagement was friendly and we were not pressured to make a purchase

The quality of the merchandise is very high along with the service and knowledge of the sales staff David Tolchard looked after our needs in-store and was equally efficient after sales keeping us informed about the progress of our order

Everything about dealing with Christopher Pratts has been great Special mention though to Anna who listened to what we wanted a couple of sofas helped set out options was patient with our deliberations and then made sure the order went through Couldn t recommend more highly Jonathan and Vicky

Lisa was very welcoming informative regarding the choice of suites At no time did we feel under any pressure to make a decision as compared to other retailers She was available to answer any questions explained the entire process through to receipt of our new suite including future care

The way that Richard and Andy looked after us on our several visits into Pratts while we were choosing our new table and chairs was brilliant They were both patient informative available to help and advise but never overpower

Called in for some bar stools Today in the Leeds We were left to have a look no pressure We spoke with Dale who was really helpful with information He explained the quality of the of the product and helped us choose a colour that would match All done with ease really helpful guy new his stuff All done and sorted within 30minutes Looking forward to delivery Thank you Dale
