I ordered a sofa mid February which was expected to be delivered mid July - I have today contacted them to ask what their cancellation policy is - spoken with a young man who was very rude to me and said they didn t have a cancellation policy I was stuck with it have paid 650 deposit I explained that there must be a policy in place that I have protection as a consumer and asked for his name - he refused - swore at me and hung up I have immediately recontacted the store but the lady I spoke to says she doesn t know who the young man might be she is looking into what their cancellation policy is wondering if I will get a call back I am not happy with this service Received a call back from store manager to say they will keep all 650 of my deposit if I cancel even though their estimated delivery was July when order placed I WAS NOT TOLD THIS AT TIME OF PAYING WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A HEFTY DEPOSIT SO BUYER BEWARE IF YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES CHANGE THEY WILL KEEP ALL YOUR DEPOSIT Still waiting to hear regarding member of staff who told me to p s off when he was asked a tricky question wish I d never placed an order

Don t buy from Christopher Pratt s
Went into Christopher Pratt s with my partner looking at the furniture Not intending to buy that day my partner didn t take his bank cards I however carry mine all the timeMy partner saw the one he wanted so I used my bank card So the paperwork was posted to my name Below is his review Mr Hardy Which is very true and I would not buy from this company after how he has been shall we say delt with absolutely distrusting So please take time to read his review as it is true But the paper work was sent I m my name I do have photos too if anyone would like to see them of the state of the couch If mr hardy was told when purchasing that you could NOT put your head against the couch I know he wouldn t have purchased as he and myself have never had an issue with leather couches before and not being able to rest ones head against Anyway my email address is maria milburn yahoo co ukWithout any spaces

Poor quality Hypnos pillow top bed
My complaint has been going on since February I have been told I can t change the bed after been told pratts will change only the tuffs They now ask I pay I am totally discussed I have paid for a bed which is like sleeping on nails I now am informed that it s a personal comfort so i have to pay for that Is it not stated Hypnos sleep well a comfortable nights sleep Did the advert say you will wake up on pain every night for 10 years Nope Guarantee that s also a joke it s 5 years which after the 10 th years you may get 10 if you don t sleep on the bed It s just to use for show How do you sleep at night pratts I bet it s not on a Hypnos pillow Top bed

Bought a sofa December 2018 after 5 months colour came away reported to them came and dyed it this happened 3 more times over next 6 months said they would sort it waited till 12 months up then said not our problem anymore

Eight Months - no solution
We purchased a dining table and 6 six chairs at charismas 2020 On delivery we were not happy at the quality of some components the store disputed our observations but did appoint an external expert who came to inspect our table The expert concluded that our observations were in fact correct and the store them accepted that the table was defective We compromised and agreed that two new legs would be supplied and fitted after many requests for an updates and chasing the new legs arrived with a fitting team today July 22nd 2021 I am speechless despite been told the legs had been inspected in store they did not fit the table and therefore we are back to square one Currently awaiting a response from the Chief Exec

Worst furniture company ever
I have had absolutely nothing but bother when dealing with Christopher Pratt s I ordered a sofa in December which was supposed to be delivered in March It was then delivered 8 weeks late and was different to the one that we ordered We ordered pillow backs instead of a large cushion 8 weeks later the pillow backs arrived in the wrong colour Since then I have exchanged multiple emails and phone calls to arrange the correct cushions to be delivered which has still not happened 10 months later They are incredibly unhelpful and their customer service has been terrible I will never ever purchase of them again and I recommend you do the same They are completely disorganised and do not know how they are still operating

Anna was excellent helping us to choose
Anna was excellent helping us to choose the right sofa for us but didn t pressure us in any way She was very helpful when we went home and realised we d ordered chair too big so needed to swap for smaller one Thanks Anna for all your help - highly recommended

Poor service and bad customer care
I called over to the store as the local store sadly closed I purchased an item which is uncomfortable after 4 attempts for someone to contact me I am still unable to speak to anyone over the goods The aftercare is very poor the staff over the phone come across as rude and unhelpful I can not believe the change in the years I always buy from Pratts but after this I will never purchase an item again

Still waiting for a sofa ordered in May no communication from them no updates We have to call to find out that out sofa will be delayed for another month after 6 months of waiting Ignore the good reviews all good reviews are for the shop but what is the point of having a store of you are not delivering the furniture Frauds stay away
