Communication problems

Store experience was very good choice of products was wide and staff were well informed After sales let the store down communication re delivery and fitting was poor There was an unnecessarily long delay in fitting the carpet with no communication from the store This also happened recently with a furniture delivery

We had never been here before but had seen a number of items online that we wanted to look at Firstly looking at sofa s there was very helpful assistant Lisa who showed us the ranges that we wanted to see but did not push us at all Then we went upstairs to look at bedroom furniture and were very quickly helped by Chris Barrowclough who was excellent - no pushy sales helpful at showing us options and giving us a very good deal once we had made up our mind Only downside was the problems getting the interest free credit agreement in place which took too long because of mistakes by the finance person not Chris However planning to come back later this week to see Lisa for some sofa s

Very welcoming place

Thank you to Christian and Lisa Berry for excellent service in assisting me with purchasing bedroom furniture and lounge furniture from their respective departments within the store They were courteous professional and extremely helpful

All staff at the store were helpful polite friendly whilst Mr Barrowclough was enthusiastic and thorough without being pushy to help us make a purchase The store is one where you feel at ease wending your way through the many items of furniture
