We near enough had the whole camp site
We near enough had the whole camp site to our selfs it was empty the elderly camp site staff that drive around on there golf cart are extremely rude we got upgraded to a gravel flat pitch for no reason by crealy next to the toilets that we re not open due to problems within the toilets so we had to walk five minutes to the other nearest toilet and shower facilities to have hot water then in the morning we were told to hurry and leave as it was passed 10am by a lady camp site employer to which our van was packed and just a few things left to put in then a minute or so after a golf cart pulls up with two chaps in and again tell us to hurry and leave said we had out stayed our time and was to leave promptly Maybe if we hadn t been upgraded and was near a toilet and shower and didn t have to walk so far to get hot water we may have reached your 10am kick out time The way the staff walk around watching you and the way they talk to you is disgusting and disrespectful and purely for that fact I will not be returning You guys made me feel very awkward and that s the last thing I need when I get out in the van for a long weekend to de-stress myself from work Shame on you Crealy

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Can t tell anyone reading just how bad the management is and how rude they are I have been going to Crealy for years with the kids and the park is pretty good for little ones however I ve never needed assistance until This time I had an issue with the ATM in the gift shop which withdraw money from my bank but dispensed no cash displayed no message and gave no receipt They have a CCTV pointing at the machine but refuse to show footage and didn t even check the cash float to investigate All they said was take a picture of the ATM and call them because it s not our problem although it is clear more could have been done Ended with me one week later having my bank raise a dispute which can all take 90days Tried countlessly calling but it is instantly automated with no option to leave a message try it and see for fun I emailed with no response and then finally got a response through FB messenger but still they wouldn t get a manager to call me but get this they gave me the number with the automated number it is still ongoing for me unfortunately and my next step is Ombudsman to try to gain some respect for all future customers wish me luck

We were staying onsite at their lodges and paid for our niece and nephews x3 to came up for the day to spend with us at crealy on Wednesday I got them to come back down today to use the 6 day free on their tickets to be told because we didn t validate them they were not allowed in despite having a confirmation email receipt their tickets from Wednesday many photos on my phone to prove it was the same children as before Simon Wallace the manager on shift today and the on gate staff were not helpful nor compassionate and just continued to say there are signs However the signs are not when you buy or print off your tickets on entry When you get into the park with kids they run wild you do not have time to stop and look at a sign on the back of a park map s stall etc it was a genuine mistake which I explained to al staff members involved but that didn t matter I m absolutely disgusted these three children stood there listening to Simon tell them no while they were welling up and he still couldn t use management discretion Very very disappointed upset annoyed

Just arrived at crealy to be told all big rides as it is a pre school day Already bought tickets on website and have 2 teenage children with nothing to go on No notice that it was a pre school day and no offer of refund Never again

A waste of time and money on this occassion
I took my child to the Crealy Theme Park Spook-Fest on 29 October 2023 I paid 34 50 for us both to attend this event We specifically went there for the Spook-Fest attractions unfortunately we were unable to access any of them due to the waiting times My autistic child had a melt down while standing in the queue we subsequently had to leave We went to guest services and supplied to relevant documentation to obtain an access pass This could not be used for the Spook-Fest attractions that we went for I went back to guest services to make a complaint The queue was quite long at this point and my child was becoming extremely agitated so we left the park I contacted Crealy Theme Park the same day on 29 October 2023 I requested a refund which was refused by Crealy Theme Park on the basis that we could access all the other rides excluding the halloween attractions that we specifically went for There is no information on the website explaining that the Spook-Fest event was not suitable for disabled guests or that these attractions would not be accessible I would not have purchased the tickets We are regular visitors to Crealy Theme Park We will not be returning after our experience

Disappointed by Lack of Accessibility for Children with Hidden Disabilities
I recently had a disappointing experience at the Crealy Park Theme Park Resort during our stay We booked our visit with the expectation that the resort would be accommodating for my son who is on the autistic spectrum Unfortunately we encountered significant barriers to accessibility that severely impacted our day Despite my son s sensory and cognitive challenges making waiting in queues extremely difficult he was denied a ride access pass solely because he does not receive the high-rate mobility component of the Disability Living Allowance DLA This policy is not only arbitrary but also discriminatory as it overlooks the needs of children with hidden disabilities The stringent criteria for obtaining high-rate mobility funding exclude many deserving children effectively preventing them from fully enjoying the park s attractions Our visit turned into a stressful ordeal rather than a fun family day Managing my son s needs in an unaccommodating environment was exhausting culminating in a distressing meltdown that left us feeling humiliated and disheartened Having to explain my son s disability to staff and other guests while waiting in line was an unnecessary strain that could have been easily avoided with reasonable accommodations Crealy Park s policy fails to comply with the legal obligations under the Equality Act 2010 and the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 which mandate service providers to make reasonable adjustments for individuals with disabilities The lack of recognition for hidden disabilities in their access policies is not only a missed opportunity for inclusivity but also a breach of their legal responsibilities Additionally the requirement for letters from GPs or medical professionals to justify why a child cannot queue is both costly and impractical Most doctors are unlikely to write such letters which further complicates the situation for families seeking necessary support This policy adds financial pressure on families already navigating the complexities of disability To improve the experience for disabled guests I strongly recommend that Crealy Park implement a system that allows those who cannot stand in queues to return to the ride at a designated time This would create a more equitable experience for all visitors Overall our experience at the Crealy Park Theme Park Resort was far from the inclusive and enjoyable outing we had hoped for Until significant changes are made to their accessibility policies I would advise families with children who have hidden disabilities to carefully consider their options before visiting

Long queues grubby poor value for money
Extremely disappointed with today s visit Spent over 100 and feel short changed In the past Crealy has been a fantastic place to take my three children and they used to offer a 7 for 1 day pass but this has been removed presumably due to Covid However I have never seen so many people crammed in The wait times for all the rides were far worse than any previous summer holiday time visit The queues at Chessington during peak times are no where near as bad The tables in the eating hall had been removed You can t blame COViD because it was jam packed full of people wondering where they were going to eat their food Tables outside were dirty bins full floors dirty and rides out of action Won t be going here again It s gone downhill which is a shame Obviously the owners have to make a profit but now it is unashamedly at the expense of the customers experience
