Have had an issue with upgrading a

Have had an issue with upgrading a client to a plan - previously I was able to for a couple of clients but now I can no longer do it Not sure why So I raised a support ticket and they respond promptly and nicely And Angelo from the support group advised that only admin account can upgrade clients to a plan I m happy with the support

CTC support is AMAZING

CTC is good for crypto There was a problem with the Easy Crypto integration but the customer support was outstanding They will definitely do their best to help you don t worry about that The software is developing all the time I think so a couple of integrations I used could be improved but this was more than made up for by the customer support I got from Maria I d give it 5 stars if the Easy Crypto integration was fixed I suggested to them how to fix it and they forwarded my suggestions to the developers so this is a company that cares about its customers for sure

Loved the support from CTC

Loved the support from CTC Maria specially was a great help she answered all my queries without any hesitation I am still not done completely as I have to sort out a few transactions myself or with my accountant Tim from customer support before maria was helpful as well Really loved the program and would recommend to friends

Very helpful support staff responsive and helped me solve some tricky problems The platform has also undergone many improvements in the past year great to see an Aussie software company grow

One of the best Crypto Tax Tools

I have tested many crypto tax tools and this is by far the best one Recommended if you have many transactions and use DeFi It will still need A LOT of manual work especially if you import transaction from DeFi contracts but that is true of any other tool out there They provide many features to reconcile and correct the transactions which really helps

Happy with CTC

We have found CTC to be one of the best tools for monitoring and tracking crypto and NFT transactions The team is super responsive to questions which we have a ton of Shoota is one of the reps that has been super helpful We are hoping they will be able to implement a feature allowing for a swap of several NFTs in exchange for 1 NFT that will transfer the cost basis over from the group that are burned onto the one that is received

Helpful Customer Service Messaging

Crypto and NFT taxes can be quite complex and the software has a long way to go for integrating with all of wallets and exchanges However the customer service was really useful while learning to use the software Ben answered all of my questions and smoothed my process along

Good website for DeFi and NFT traders

Had a few issues with importing wallets First guy in cs couldn t quite help me Ben the second guy did help a lot though All issues were fixed after he helped me The website itself is well structured and has probably the best algo regarding DeFi transactions especially NFTs Four stars just because of the issues with the import and the difficult beginning with cs if it wasn t for that I d give five stars

Excellent tool and fantastic support

I swapped from Koinly to Crypto Tax Calculator Koinly became too slow My experience with CTC has been very very positive The support is excellent The APIs now make most of the reporting automatic If using smaller exchanges then you may have to do some manual file creation but after you have done a couple its very straight forward and you can find good explanations on their website The best feature by far is the real time portfolio view and the ability to see is you can tax loss harvest This feature alone has saved me a lot in unnecessary taxes If I could give a higher rating I would
