Their platform is very in depth easy to use and priced well for the simplification of a very detailed process I think this platform would help compliance with tax law because it takes a lot of the difficulty of Crypto tax prep out of the process I had a small billing error and their customer service team took care of it right away It was a seamless process and Alvin was very polite and professional

Angelo was also responsive and professional He provided the information I needed to resolve my issues He even offered to escalate allowing the CTC Income Report to be imported into Turbo Tax rather than have users like me manually input them into Turbo Tax

Innovative and easy to use Great customer service

Great software and you can clearly see over the years the effort made to improve the UI Adaptable and innovative which is so important in this space Special shout out to Ben who was very attentive to my enquiry about a large number of microtranscations and considerations for pricing when exceeding 100k transactions Although still waiting for a long term resolution upgraded pricing structure am appreciative of the responsiveness and support

Brilliant Editing Capabilities

Being able to manually edit add and remove transactions particularly using multiple selections makes it easy to deal with a variety of situations such as exchanges going bankrupt When Celsius went bankrupt stealing much of my crypto I needed to go through all the many weekly interest payment transactions and categorise them as lost Set a filter then bulk re-categorise in CryptoTaxCalc Being able to display running totals of crypto in any wallet makes it possible to find where transactions went wrong and manual adjustments can be easily made Credit also to Support team for prompt responses to questions although it still would be good to add the API interface for Bnk To The Future UK

Third Year Running

This will be the third year I ve been using Crypto Tax Calculator for my taxes They keep up to date on all the DeFi shenanigans I get up to and have a really responsive team If you run into something they don t have a current connection to they start working on it or find a workaround to import transactions I m going to continue using them for this years taxes because they do everything I need

Vivi is the best customer rep out there Been having a lot of small issues with my report and every time i keep my chat opened and contact Vivi with my problems and less than 24h after that everything is fixed Very professional and good communication skills My go to person to help me with CTC platform Oh the platform is growing fast and for 2 years in a row is the only one i use for my crypto taxes
