Complete silence after warranty return
Sadly my spice grinder broke after 1 year of use I wanted to source the coupler that had broken so I could attempt a repair I contacted Cuisinart and was asked to instead return the grinder to be fixed under warranty which I did This was 6 months ago and I ve had no communication since sending the grinder back I ve emailed monthly asking for information and began a new email chain and tried from different emails in case there was a problem with the email going to junk mail etc No response at all Very disappointed

Our new coffee maker caught on fire and
Our new coffee maker caught on fire and if I had not been there it could have started a house fire I called customer support and arranged for an exchange To get the new coffee maker I first had to send in the old one and Cuisinart was to send a return shipping label Its been 2 weeks and multiple calls and still no shipping label My next call will be for a refund so I can buy another brand

Quisinart - NOT the company it once was
The on off switch on the Cuisinart grill fell apart Contacted Cuisinart Customer Service to try and get a replacement switch I still believe in repair and not filling the local land fill with sub quaity products like Cuisinart is now producing Certainly NOT the company I remember buying from when you could count on their quality products

Poor Products and Customer Service
Our experience is very similar to others We paid extra for a multi temperature kettle that we thought would last The first kettle lasted less than 2 years Customer service was good and when we returned the kettle a replacement was sent Just over 2 years of using the replacement and it has now started going wrong - the same as the original one Customer Service has been contacted and there s no response whatsoever The second kettle s warranty was reduced to take into account that it was our second not sure about the logic Wouldn t buy again

Purchased a Cuisinart Coffemaker from Tuesday Morning Store June 5 2023 The coffee maker does not turn on I called the store where purchase they are permanently closing and told me to reach out directly to Cuisinart On the owners manual is says hassle free exchanges or returns IT DEFINITELY IS NOT Very disappointed customer service is terrible

Got this as a gift
Got this as a gift After 1 year woke up to a smoke alarm - toaster started smoking middle of the night had to grab my NEWBORN baby and run out of the house husband was able to get it under control but had to stay in a hotel overnight while my husband cleaned all the sheets bedding kitchen etc because the entire house was black smoke Called them and after much hassle sent me a new one After 5 months it stopped working Called their customer care and they literally hung up in my face 2x after being on hold for over an hour saying there is nothing they can do Eventually got sent another one and told it s the last one as if it s my fault it nearly lit my house on fire Nonetheless I sold it brand new and bought a different brand because I want nothing to do with this company or the anxiety that comes with it

Kettle with known problems just out of warranty and won t honour
I have their temperature controlled kettle which wasn t cheap at 100 and last week it stopped working I sent a support request and explained that i d lost my receipt Cuisinart said that if i found the order details they d look into it though the kettle was out of warranty so warranty with order number no warranty without Explaining why i didn t have the order details fell on deaf ears and all that they sent was a goodwill gesture of a 50 off code for any of their items Can t recommend this brand the kettle problem is a known issue and my 7 99 Asda kettle has outlived it

Ashamed to see a reputable company fall after many years in business
As mentioned in other reviews Cuisinart s stainless steel products tend to stain and pit with black brown spots immediately after first use The stains are impossible to remove and are concerning because I don t know what they are They could be mold all though I doubt since bleach won t remove them or chemical stains What s worse is that Cuisinart will not respond to customers regarding this issue I tried contacting them through their support from their website with NO response This same issue is mentioned by other customers here and across the web including Amazon It s ashamed to see such a long lived and once respected company plunge into such disreputable practices All I want is a response with some guidance about this issue or my money back

Bought a 98 coffee maker Arrived yesterday and it will not work Called and they said it is plugged in does it have water in it and did I put coffee in it They said send it back Went to UPS and they want 64 00 to return the coffee maker Cuisinart said yes it is your responsibility to pay to send back a defective coffee maker to us INSANE Just send a call ticket for it

Poor grinder
Bought a spice grinder and it packed up 3 years later despite light use Contacted customer service and was offered a paltry 50 on a similar grinder What i thought would be a great product is just another hyped up brand Doesn t live up to the standard expectation and I would be better off buying one from the pound shop in the hope I know what would be the expected outcome Thank you for your generous 50 offer cuisinart shove it where the sun rise Not buying another one again
