Ordered 7 16 unf thread tap Paid for 3 day postal delivery email received said parcel would be trackable No info came through Parcel did arrive through the letter box 4 days later this included a weekend Overall a very good service

A very pleasant and helpful team with fast dispatch and delivery 1st class service They are however let down by their websites lack of detail and or inaccuracy when describing the products Bring back the catalogue downloads

Tools Bought For Small Business Venture

Found the website easy to use and information was clear Unhappy though that sales are continuing whilst stock levels do not match I received three out of the six items ordered and a note that the others will follow in 60 days Knowingly doing this is in my view not in keeping with consumer expectations and is disappointing The quality is good and the price was very reasonable just disappointing that the items paid for don t actually exist at least for another 60 days

Dispatch was fast and DPD delivered next day on Saturday which was unexpected Website was easy to navigate but slow on search option selection I would have placed my order a week or two earlier god knows I procrastinate enough but stock was low by 1x insert The system wanted to charge singles price for 29x inserts and single plus post for 30 to follow later Price was ok as 30 inserts were ordered not a business so really would like to have seen mixed 30 discount ie 1x10 2x10 Ordered from budget YG range first impressions ok but you know when cheaper inserts just don t cut quite as well After the first orders great service I was going to place another order 30 YG again non-ferrous but the price had gone up by 20 overnight No longer budget priced

Easy ordering and efficient service I forgot something on my first order and immediately made a new order for the extra part It would have been nice if someone had spotted and combined the two orders thus saving the extra postage but maybe the system doesn t allow for that Anyway my fault so I m not complaining

Helpful technical advice at point of order followed by quick despatch and delivery However the item was on the pricey side and p p can only be described as extortionate for such a small lightweight item If it had not been for this concwrn the rwview would have been 5 stars

Good but could do better

Cutwel offers a good choice at a reasonable price unfortunately this time they only had 1 of the 2 items I wanted in stock DPD let Cutwel down on the one item they did have my by reporting that they had missed us sending an email 20 minutes before we went home Item was delivered late the following day

Easy to use website good stock levels and quick deliveries What lets them down is the prices compared to other sites

It would have been 5 in recognition of Cutwel s cost of living sales booster 10 price reduction week However Cutwel appears to be the sole UK reseller for the single article ordered - a Bison vice nearly 400 therefore not a consumable or every day widget If Cutwel are to offer a product then should they endeavour to maintain a minimum stock level One would have been enough Of course it is understood that importation from Europe is ever more difficult since the great taking back control fiasco and that makes just in time a bit of a joke As it is it s been nearly a fortnight and the product is not even on the horizon Could do better

DPD delivery issues

Our order was sent by DPD who chose to deliver outside business hours twice - more a DPD issue than Cutwell but still caused a problem Cutwell however were excellent in resolving the issue but a pity their courier can t schedule deliveries to businesses during business hours
