Spur of the moment thing I ordered the Irish claddaugh pendent paid my first instalment that s it No email saying thank you or thank you we have your order No details of when to expect this basically nothing Mmm I will have to wait and see

I purchased a Queen Elizabeth sculpture with a lovely glass back drop that sits on a dark wood plinth all three that were delivered and returned back were faulty The Brass plaque on the plinth was not central to sculpture I had a call back from the manager as asked and he promised me he will send another sculpture and check it himself before it s sent out to me I was only offered a 10 discount from the manager if I kept the faulty sculpture A total insult

I ve ordered several things off of this company and have always been satisfied with the quality and speed of delivery Why only 2 stars you ask One of the items was a collection of winners badges with a free presentation case The case is full and several more badges have been issued They promised a new case 2 years ago nothing arrived There answer was to supply a draw insert so you can t even display the items probably Not impressed with their aftercare so would probably avoid using them again

Great looking products high shipping costs broken up into even more shipments No buy-at-once feature except for a few figurines With the train sets the track is HO-scale but non-standard It is not EZ track like Bachman has so with the non-standard Bradford track you are very limited in your layouts Once piece broke after month Not recommended Big hassle to pack things back up and return This is regarding the train sets only the other figurines they have are very nice Long time between issues sometimes up to two months or more A good gift buying site if you don t have more than one payment

I used Danbury Mint for first time to purchase a Liverpool Plate for my partner for xmas there was a long delay in getting the plate and just arrived before I did receive updates on why there where delays apparently due to first batch that were received being rejected as not acceptable by Danbury Mint cannot confirm whether this was fact I did call customer services and they were very helpful so no complaints there I was concerned that it was getting closer to xmas and was told the plate would arrive before xmas When the plate did arrive was disappointed as what not up to the standard I had expected woudl porobably given Danbury Mint benefit of the doubt and this was just a one off AlsoI was chased for payment when I had in fact paid eventually this was dealt with Danbury Mint are not aware of how frustrated customers get with no reply to emails etc may be customer services needs bit more training although as I said before person Ispoke to was very helpful

Got a diamond and ruby bracelet for Xmas ITS beautiful but so bloody rough it catches on everything

Purchased a crystal heart daughter desk clock It looks beautiful but unfortunately when it is stood upright the clock falls out so bearing in mind the cost I m rather disappointed

My husband bought this necklace for me and it s beautiful I was a bit worried as its gold plated but I wear it most days and it hasn t tarnished 3yrs on and I wear alot of perfume every day which usually tarnishes anything gold plated but not this necklace and it looks stunning on

My mum saw a bracelet that she wanted I had never heard of the company before so I read about them online and saw some good and some bad reviews I decided to order it for her got an e-mail confirmation but I didn t hear anything from them in terms of shipping or anything It arrived and she loves it I would be more reassured shopping with them next time Overall an OK experience
