I have shopped with this company many times As an avid Betty Boop Collector i have had no problems I have purchased 5 Betty Boops from them and have now ordered another All of my items have come in good time and and are perfect My only grip if you can even call it that was the marketing material waste of paper which i sent them an email asking them to remove me Which they did Still doesn t stop me from having a nosy on their website and ordering as i like I m not sure what type of experience people have had but I ve personally ordered through mail order web and over the phone and never had any problems We shall see as i have another Betty Boop in the post

My husband bought me a lovely four leaf clover necklace from danbury mint It was dispatched a bit late but arrived just a day after despatch and is absolutely lovely very pleased with it Lovely pendant and the chain is very pretty too I contacted via messanger when it would be dispatched and was answered very quickly

I received my queen Elizabeth ii platinum merrythought bear today and she is absolutely gorgeous I was a little worried at first after reading bad reviews about danbury mint but I have to say I m thrilled with my bear and it arrived quickly too will definitely be ordering another bear in the near future Thankyou danbury mint

I ordered a monogrammed handbag for my Daughter but was told it might not be ready to deliver before Christmas I was however still happy to proceed and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in the post today It is beautiful well wrapped and nicely made and the monogramming is ace She has several designer ones already which cost a small fortune but this Danbury one deserves its place among them I award Danbury Mint 5 stars for the product and the kind service from the Gentleman I spoke to on the phone he was from Yorkshire and recognised our postcode He was very pleasant and accommodating and he obviously had tried his best to get this specially made item to us in time Thankyou to all concerned Reading the comments on this site I suspect that some of the contributors should maybe try being polite and fair to the supplier and they might get better results like we did I will certainly order from them in future John Getty Engineering Company Chief Executive

Love this company Danbury Mint has been around for over 50 years They have high quality bridge jewelry They also have 14k and diamond jewelry You can pay in full or break up into installments without paying interest My mother and grandmother have been ordering from this company for years They always give great customer service They ll even pay for you to return an item within 90 days They give OVER 50 percent of their profits to mental health research It s win-win for everyone

I ordered online a birthstone watch and after 3wks had heard nothing so I contacted Customer Services - Hannah Hunter She couldn t have been more helpful 1st day Tuesday she said there web ordering had had problems so I sent her a copy of my web confirmation The next day she contacted me for payment details Saturday the watch arrived I have used Danbury before and if I see somethingelse I like I shall certainly use them again although I may ring and place my order

After reading some of these reviews after I had ordered the forever ring I was worried about the quality and it taking a long time to arrive I was very pleased to receive the ring in the time frame stated and the ring was fabulous great quality I would definitely order from Danbury mint again no problems what so ever I highly recommend this company
