Absolute bunch of cowboys and con artists My uncle bought their men s Bacio Diamond-Cut chain for 399 only to pass away early this year and we ve since found out that it s only worth 50 Bloody rip off merchants and utter con artists How they can sell something on their website for 399 when it s only worth 50 is beyond me They obviously do not have any morals DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY and keep at arms length

Steiff Dr Who bear is Great - Danbury Mint is far from it

I ordered the Limited Edition Dr Who Bear for the 60th Anniversary some significant time before the event It was a date set in stone by the BBC as it was 60 years previously that the first episode of Dr Who was shown so they had plenty of notice I waited and waited and waited and then I got an email to say that it would be delayed and I might get it in November 2023 that then moved to December 2023 which is way after the actual anniversary of the show Then it went quiet until 21st December when another email came to say it was going to be DELAYED YET AGAIN this time blaming Steiff NO new date was given and they put ALL the blame onto Steiff I have that in writing from Danbury Mint Then it went all quiet again so I went to their website registered for an account and emailed them once again this time I never got any response I was starting to worry as they are a very expensive item and it was a one of purchase for me as I am a huge WHO fan I then got an email saying that it was their final notice to order one and that I should order now to avoid missing out but before I could respond to that I got an email saying that they could not take payment as my card had expired well yes you have taken months and months longer to get these out than was really neccesary so it did I though I better call and sort it out which I did The email I had from them stated they would only take payment once the bear was ready to be shipped so as they had tried and failed to take payment I assumed as you would the bear was ready to ship so I paid on that call and at the end of the call the lady stated quite clearly As soon as the bears arrive we will ship them out This was in the middle of February I actually received the bear on the 29th I also requested to not have marketing material sent to me as I would not be buying anything from them again but I have had no end of rubbish sent to me since they clearly do not take any notice of what the customer actually says These are not the kind of seller I like to deal with as I know that they are very expensive and the quality is not that great normally but as this was a Steiff bear I know it would be good and it is the bear is stunning and I love it but Danbury Mint Nah never again

I was actually happy with my item purchased because it came quickly and well packaged However since the purchase I have been literally bombarded by large amounts of unasked for junk mail every couple of days It has put me off ever using the company again I hope somebody at Danbury reads this and realises just how off putting all the unwanted spam advertising they have sent me is

20 Dec at 14 44I received my product today EVERLASTING SILVER BLACK BRACELET Bought for my wife for Xmas Shocked to be honest Arrived in a padded envelope no presentation box just a poorly printed bag The diamonds aren t even noticeable very poor cut no sparkle under lit conditions Shockingly poor example Not worth 180 I ve seen much better from other jewellery companies I feel let down Discusted Regards Stuart

Elderly Mother In Law onset of Dementia enticed by a magazine advertisement ordered an item by telephone Discovered her order by accident Complete and utter garbage It s impossible to stop her from ordering junk not sure if they have her card details stored I ve no legal powers to stop this elderly lady with dementia from ordering more overpriced junk

Pretty disappointed in the junk looking thing i received yesterday and not even in a small jewelry box just set in a zip lock baggie with a cheap looking and feeling felt bag I knew i wasn t buying diamonds it even said they weren t diamonds but the pearl on it doesn t look at all like pearls i see in jewelry in stores This company is a rip off In a few hours i start the process of returning the item This will determine if they are a complete scam or not We will see
