I ve bought items from Danbury Mint twice and I ve had a fairly good service with delivery and goods purchased I ve been impressed with I m not saying it works everytime but second time round I ve found them satisfactory Recently I bought a watch silver dollar liberty I placed the order on the 20th June and received the item 1st July I got an email to state my order had been placed but looking on my personal statement they only charged my account on the 24th June so maybe that could indicate the process duration as I didn t receive any notification this item had been dispatched The item I m very pleased with and can tell good quality only pet problem the strap is a bit longer than I d expected However I m still happy with it

Only buy Banbury mint coins at auction let someone else pay the overpriced coins got 3 complete sets 42 45 120 someone paid over 1570 for those

Had to cancel something I was unaware of

I just wanted the Platinum Jubilee 50p coin and it was very difficult to find it on lots of sites at least sealed I ordered through Danbury mint and received it in good time It seemed that I would receive further coins but I didn t want this so used the live chat and stopped this Star deducted for this should be optional at checkout in first purchase but good service generally

Received item before Christmas as promised I was a bit concerned after reading the negatives but to no avail I am a little disappointed with the actual names on the heart they are very tiny and almost impossible to read Hence the 4 stars But apart from that very beautiful item No hall marks so I am trusting that it is 14k rose gold Thanks

Great Customer Service

I ordered a size 10 USAF ring and when the ring arrived I realized I ordered the wrong size Completely my fault I contacted Danbury and asked if the ring could be sized and they told me they would replace the ring at NO COST Now that is great customer service

The bracelet was really nice

The bracelet was really nice I did have a problem with my bank and customer service was very understanding and thoughtful and made it helpful with rearranging payments 10 10 for no fuss
