Hi I am Renel I thank you for shipping the package on time The shoes are nice but was hoping to call before purchased unfortunately the voice was in spanish thank you anyway I liked the shoes I will buy again

No tracking email Had written several times with no response UPDATE Just received email and package has been delivered Would have given them a perfect score but lack of response on emails Also no other way of communication

I would have given 5 stars but there was no real communication nor tracking after the purchase was made That put some doubt in my mind which made me started looking at reviews finding out previous customers had similar experiences Delivery was very quick but please allow customers to track Also their customer care service is non existent

I purchased a tailored suit jacket 6 days ago and it was delivered to me today via DHL in a nice thorough packaging Leaving 4 stars because it was not sent in a suit bag nor with a hanger and there are a couple of dust marks on the jacket but this is an authentic piece in a salable condition with all appropriate tags and documents included I would definitely purchase from them again
