Bought a Zimmermann dress and made the payment successful via Paypal Unfortuneatly the next day I was sent an Email that the purchaised item is already sold out Sorry but an online shop should have functionalty about knowing the amount of items in stock

They have not updated me on the status of my order I made a couple days ago even after emailing them I am scared I will not receive my expensive order because the order status still says processing after 4 days

Tracking Lacking and useless coupons

3 days after the payment and still haven t been informed on when my order will ship and if it has been shipped I ve received no tracking number link Also the coupon for subscribing to the newsletter cannot be used if an item is already on sale so it s pretty much useless since every item is either on sale or ridiculously expensive to the point where 10 off is nothing

ORDER 12000023228 I was sent a fake Prada bag I own Prada bags so I know what they look like Doesn t look like the bag on the website Bag also arrived without any authentic Prada packaging no box or paperwork and zip was already open and the bag looked used A random authenticity certificate was included with no name of the bag printed on the certificate No response to my e-mails I used PayPal for payment so will raise a request through them to get my money back
