I found the process manageable due to the fact I was allocated one solicitor from the start she stuck with me through the full process I was pleased with how she took me through all the steps one by one It was a tough year but made easier by the pace it was taken at I felt listened to valued and understood

Crucially they said what they would do and delivered on it Whilst at times the communication could have been better ultimately I received the compensation I thought was merited by the injury and that is testament to their expertise But be warned it can be a long process

I was involved in an accident at work that left my hand injured Having never been in this situation before trying to claim compensation from someone I was completely unsure what to do I contacted Digby Brown and the service i received from the solicitor they put on my case was first rate explaining the process clearly keeping me updated and making sure everything that needed to been done in order to get a sucessful claim was being done Hopefully I am never in this situation again but if I was my first call would be to Digby Brown
