Useless Stay clear I was hit in a head on collision They put me on to a so called specialist who didn t seem to care Said I would never get worse through my injuries although I knew I would And guess what Now I m worse and it s all came from the accident well I hope karma gets the ones all involved who let me down Including the lunatic who hit me head on Useless Btw I couldn t put my date of experience in because it was more than 12 months ago Stay clear

I was going through a compensation claim for an accident while I was working offshore I contacted Neil Davidson from Digby Brown and he was the solicitor that was representing me This person Neil Davidson and others worked together so that I would end my compensation claim Louise Milligan is an Advocate that was also working on my case She was also in on the corruption that occurred back in March 2020 Umberto Fazzi is a surgeon that did an assessment on me for the defenders This so called professional surgeon lied through his teeth when he made his report on me and to make me out to be a lier These 3 are LIERS THIEVES and CORRUPT to the core The really annoying aspect of my situation is that I don t have the funds to take them all to court and get justice This wasn t a few grand claim this claim was for over 200 thousand pounds I have made myself clear to these people about the way they conned me into ending my claim What I m going to do now is to let as much people as possible know how these 3 robbed me of a life changing amount of money I will keep this going as long as possible the frustrating thing is that I have so much proof of what they done to me but I can t do anything as I don t have the funds believe me I have tried so many times to get help but with no luck If anyone would like to read my story fell free to get in touch and I will gladly send a copy of my story Yours truly John Ewen

stay clear of this company just had a call from a man that was in the least bit interested in my accident at work he was not helpful in the slightest told me i was waiting my time as it would not go any further than the phone call never been more upset and angry in my life

Digby Brown Aberdeen have sent me repeated letters regarding a personal injury claim despite the fact I have nothing to do with the case I have emailed them but no response and their telephone line isn t manned so there is no way inform them about their incompetence

Digby brown manipulate the law to ensure maximum profit for DB with minimal work They don t care about what matters to you as stated on their website and their guidance is based purely on what best suits and is most cost effective for them The guidance I was given was changed within a matter of days and when I advised I was wanting to say no to an offer based on our previous discussion they spent an hour trying to manipulate me on how this was now a great deal I was firm that I did not want to be pressurised into accepting only to be served a letter advising I had signed their terms so was breaking my contract if I did not follow their updated guidance I was the victim of a horrific accident 4 years ago and DB delayed my court date by a year causing me increasing anxiety only to do a u turn days before my court date They clearly have no conscience Stay well clear

Don t bother your time I contacted them about misdiagnosis and received the poorest most unhelpful reply Go somewhere else There are many other solicitor firms out there wanting to help you

I don t even want to give a 1 star rating but there isn t a choice for 0 The effort and communication we received back from one of the solicitors was non existent Total waste of everyone s time and would not recommend using them in the future

Because if it matters to you it matters to Digby Brown That s the tag line they use to show how interested they are in helping you and of course making money for themselves Not my experience I asked for their assistance regarding veterinary negligence at Gordon s Vets in Penicuik however they tell me it s not something they get involved in Clearly their tag line appears to contravene advertising descriptions making it false in the greater scheme of things so any sense of what matters to me matters to them is a lie I suspect there isn t enough profit in it for them The legal profession is as closed as the medical veterinary professions Shameful

After my accident on the 11 11 21 when I was so lucky to escape death I was diagnosed with ptsd this has stayed with me till this day in August of 22 you put a cut of point on my claim I did say I hadn t returned to work at that point but it didn t seem relevant to yous i started back to work in mid Dec 22 and was on half pay for 5mths I had to take out a loan to cover my overheads all this on top of serious mental health issues the money I received means zero to me as I felt like you really never cared hopefully I will never need this kind of service again but if I did it certainly wouldn t be Digby brown

I found out how much my company had to pay out which was double the amount I actually received They paid 23k and I only got 9 5k Feel let down and deceived by their greedy tactics If I m unfortunate enough to have another accident at work which wasn t my fault I won t be using DB Solicitors to help
