Took a long while with little information

Took a long while and the lawyers wouldnt pass on information actively - I had to phone and ask for an update Never phoned back when I left a message Filled out same form 3 times as it kept moving office Spoke to 3 people who were going to take my case before we finaly got the final lawyer

No very happy with the outcome

I wouldn t advise anyone to go with digby brown Don t think they did enough for Half way through my claim they changed my lawyer which I wasn t best pleased about Who didn t want to upset my employer Which on my opinion is my call When they say 3 times the first claim which is a load off rubbish Mine was upped my 200 pounds and I was advised to take it Or we would have to go to court which would of took even longer So my honest opinion I would use someone else

I was disappointed with the lack of service

My honest opinion is I am disappointed overall I had to call every time to get any kind of communication I also received half what my claim should have been Things like doctors reports were left to the last day of negotiating and not handled properly I will be telling family and friends and strangers never to deal with your company

I hoped for better

Started off extremely positive but once it became clear that my claim may not be worth as much as initially though and that it would be difficult to prove the communication and attitude changed Disappointing outcome all in all and although I can t say the case was not completed it seemed like it got settled just to get rid of it in the end My experience of this sort of thing is very limited but if a situation arose where I needed legal services again I would look elsewhere

I dont think my solicitor ever really

I dont think my solicitor ever really got his head round my case I got the impression that i was one of many cases being worked on There were a number of occasions i had to point out issues that he had missed or didn t seem clear on I would not recommend Digby Brown

MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD

MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD THE LAWYER I HAD WAS NOT PERSONABLE AT ALL AND VERY CLINICAL AND COLD HE DID NOT HELP ME THROUGH THE PROCESS AND JUST DEMANDED THINGS TO BE DONE WHEN I ASKED THINGS HE TALKED ME OFF WITH LEGAL JARGON AND LEFT ME VERY FRUSTRATED THE ADVOCATE I HAD WAS ALSO NOT VERY GOOD AND SEEMED TO NOT TO BE FIGHTING MY CORNER AS STRONG AS HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GENERALLY VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE EXPERIENCE AND WOULD NOT USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN

They took nearly half of my

They took nearly half of my compensation and took for ever a long drawn out process should have went with a cheaper lawer

next to useless

a brief review i will update later if i can be bothered after three and a half years of poor communication and inactivity DB finally decided to advise me to abandon my claim for damages after a fall four changes of solicitors representing me totally unreactive to the defendants excuses in the three and a half years all that was achieved were 3 witness statements one of which my neighbour had to re write because and i quote he wasn t prepared to sign a document that appeared to have written by a 11 year old unquote a totally disjointed inadequate attempt to represent a client the claim was simple and straight forward to be honest i don t think there was enough money in the case to interest them i can only speak from my experience but if my experience is the norm i would advise to stay well clear of DB

After a promising start the original

After a promising start the original solicitor that was handling my claim was very poor They took my case to the 3rd party completely monotony the fact there were independent 3rd party witnesses in my favour When someone else took over my case they were cold and seemed uninterested All communication was made with myself reaching out and following up I did not feel as though I mattered to Digby Brown at all which was a shame as I had heard very good things about them

Original records shredded

Digby Brown wouldn t take my case regarding medical negligence What has angered me the most is that my mothers original medical records have been shredded and I only received a photo copy Excuse given was that the new start didn t know they were to be returned Disgusted
