We used Ely Funeral Service for my Mothers Funeral and having never arranged anything like this before was very nervous Was completely put at ease by the caring and understanding of both Darren and Danny they were very informative and guided us through the whole process making it as painless as possible The Funeral was amazing as was Naomi our Celebrant We couldn t have asked for a more caring and helpful professional experience would recommend them to anyone

The whole process from start to finish was perfect Such a lovely friendly respectful team Would thoroughly recommend Roy Preddy

R W Mann - Leominster - An excellent service Angela was empathetic and professional in her approach She helped us to arrange our Mum s funeral smoothly and carefully Sophie and all the staff respected our Mum throughout the funeral and helped to make it a fitting end to her life

Very kind considering and caring people in Molesey and Hampton Hill branches of Dignity Helpful in giving information before it was asked for and taking me through all the issues with arranging a funeral I would have no hesitation in recommending Dignity or Fred W Paine Funeral Directors

The director Stuart Mathias really listened to us with patience and compassion The celebrant Fiona Sargeant also listened and conducted the service exactly the way we wanted it conducted Everybody was so helpful and attentive to our needs They made what might have been a daunting experience stress free and not so daunting

Harrisons was easy to contact at all times messages taken were then actioned by the right person All costs were clear prior to decisions being made staff were helpful when we had questions They were supportive considerate respectful we knew exactly what we had planned what to expect when The undertaker matched us with a very apt celebrant too the funeral went perfectly

R W Mann Son Funeral Directors at Leominster well what a wonderful service I was given when I had to contact them to arrange my brothers funeral the plan had already been arranged through Dignity dealing with Dignity on line was extremely easy and they were very helpful The staff at R W Mann son were absolutely wonderful Angela who we dealt with was just so empathetic and caring she couldn t do enough for us and totally kept us updated regarding everything she listened so carefully as to what I wanted for my brother I actually felt I had known her for a long time Angela I thank you On the day of the funeral my brother was shown such respect from all members of their team Sophie the funeral director walked in front of the hearse and again was just so very empathetic with everyone who attended my brothers funeral Mark the driver of our Limousine was so very professional and such a lovely person as was the driver of the hearse I thank you all from the bottom of my heart I have never had to arrange a funeral before but the whole team at R W Mann son made everything so much easier and helped to ease the stress and worry on me I would 100 recommend R W Mann son the whole team at Leominster Thank you
