My Mum s goodbye

My choice to use Blackburn funeral Directors was definitely the right one They helped me with all the arrangements the day ran smoothly They showed such respect to our family and did not rush us from the crematorium Cannot recommend them enough

Port Glasgow - Jacqui was exceptional explaining everything to us in a very comforting and informative way from our first visit to laying our dad to rest Available at any time to answer any questions we had Also Kenny and his staff for ensuring we travelled to the crematorium via our dad s care home in a safe and dignified manner We are truly indebted to you all

Excellent service

This is the second time I ve used the Hoole branch Both members of staff were excellent We used Joy Atkinson as the celebrant and she was great The staff who took my mother from our house to the crematorium were also excellent Highly recommended

Really impressed with the service received Andrew was fabulous Listened attentively to our needs and Dad s wishes Very helpful and knowledgeable The result was just what Dad wanted Colour motorbikes roses from his garden and a celebration of his life even though it was goodbye too

Funeral service for bereaved

What made my experience great was the support and care offered by Ella at Stamford Bridge Nothing was too much trouble and she explained each process carefully I was made to feel at ease and that nothing was too much trouble To make things easier for me Ella collected my Mothers ashes from October and delivered them to my house

Perfect celebration of sons life

I can sincerely say the service received was nothing short of perfect The arrangements the thoughtfulness the support was so much appreciated It s an awful time that was made easier to bear due to the way we were looked after and I am so thankful the celebration of life ceremony was arranged seamlessly and was beautiful It was the last thing we could do for our son so we are so grateful for all the effort put in to make it perfect Thank you T J Brown and sons
