On collection of my Dad the respect I observed on lifting of his body was appreciated The support emotionally practically given by the funeral directors representative was helpful professional made the whole process go by easily

Ashton Funeral Services

Having used Barbara Lopez s services recently for the funeral of my daughter I found her both thoughtful and caring It is the hardest thing when a parent has to bury a child and from the offset Barbara was helpful and supportive Her character and abilities are outstanding

Would recommend

Update We were initially troubled by a small error or more precisely the difficulty we had getting them to correct it hence the reply below They sent a funeral notice for my mother in law which has a map showing completely the wrong location for a few days they were saying they could not change it Eventually they did the day before which was a relief The funeral itself was lovely and in hindsight I think we would all recommend the service to others which was delivered by a local funeral director that we have used before On the day everything was done with the utmost care and professionalism which is what you ultimately want isn t it

R Davies Son Funeral Dirrectors Bishopsworth Bristol Are a very thoughtful and friendly funeral dirrectors that take you through the full necessary steps of lossing someone close to you Very considerate and understanding always keeping you informed on each step of the way

Grimmett and Timms

After recieving the worst news and looking for a funeral directors I have to say Grimmet at Timms made the process so smooth and calming for my family and I The staff were brilliant and catered to all my needs in particular Stacey who was just amazing and made me feel like I could ask anything and they would do there best Other staff such as Claire Karen and Lou were also fabulous Thank you so much for looking after my baby so well and give me comfort in such a hard time I would recommend them to anyone 100 Thank you again for all your support and help Beth

Easy to arrange funeral at such an emotional time

The ease with which it was to arrange the funeral at such an emotional time As previously mentioned our initial meeting was not very friendly as the Funeral Manager mixed us up with someone who wanted to have a chat and she was very busy and had lots to do Realised her mistakeand was apologetic The charges to collect the deceased out of hours seem high But most of all charging 5 to view the deceased is insulting in my opinion This is not Netflix pay to view If you must charge incorporate the charge elsewhere but don t show it as a separae item
