UPDATE 2 Dignity Funerals don t really take ownership of issues They did suggest I call back with my update but phones not working not answered Pseudo Support Doubt I will hear from them again SUGGESTION Dignity Funerals give families hour services that would prevent all the chaos between funerals Simple Resolution Already discussing other family members not using Leatherhead Crematorium - unfortunately it is a mess of an organisation UPDATE Hawkins the Funeral Home have been wonderful and taken much of the ownership of the situation below Hence review gone from 2 stars to 3 stars Dignity Funerals have been understanding but state they are not responsible for any of the below which makes situation feel unresolved but as a family we need to move on If there was a clear outcome for future funerals to avoid what happened below then we would have given four stars but there isn t And Dignity Funerals Leatherhead Crematorium asked if I would give them updates but both numbers I call don t get answered PREVIOUS Leatherhead Crematorium - part of Dignity Funerals has become a chaotic mess It s a lot of money to spend for a conveyor belt end of life process And so easy to up-level Currently would not recommend Dignity Funerals only need to review a few services to see how timings don t work Allowing slightly longer service time frames - would bring the dignity back - that s it No need for us to go to Ombudsman for this just require Dignity to take better responsibility and make more modern and humane changes to its service time frames
