Unlocked worked but you have to pay a couple hundred dollars before it s finally unlocked

It may take awhile but it works

Well this has been quite an experience it seemed like a scam throughout the process in regards to the initial billing Then they wanted more money and after paying they said it was going to take 36 hours then increased it to 47 hours but after what was about 24 hours they did produce a unlock code that worked and unlocked my phone If you really to to unlock your phone and have no other option I guess I would recommend them at the end of the day Could the service be more straight forward from the start with how they bill and time estimates Yes But they do ultimately provide the service you paid for

The service works but it takes them a long time to do it Also they are not crystal clear with their fee structure They claim it only takes 28 00 to unlock your but in fact that s the fee to tell you if they can actually unlock your phone There s an additional 80 dollars fee to do the actual unlocking plus a really long waiting time for them to do it

Hi This is my mobile IMEI Number 359186104423409 I got MCK Code from your side But unfortunately the code doesn t work for me and still i couldn t contact support team The support window from Direct Unlocks site is disabled for me awaiting response to the ticket button is disabled now Also I couldn t attached any screen shot here Otherwise i can show how the support window is disabled If you provide your email id or phone then i will contact you and try to resolve my issue

I thought it was a SCAM It s not

I thought it was a SCAM I scrolled through the reviews all night and checked YouTube videos and Reddit posts Most of the reviews on here are positive and the only reviews I could find on YouTube and Reddit both say that directunlocks is a scam So I was hesitant I decided to try it anyway I paid like 50 and then had to pay 368 because I owe At T Now here is where I only rated it 3 stars Directunlocks unlocked my phone It said it would take 7 days but I got it unlocked under 48 hours THANK GOD So it was not a scam BUT They weren t entirely truthful when it came to still having to owe At T I asked an agent if I would still have to owe At T after I pay for the premium service They said no great But after I got my phone unlocked and paid Directunlocks I checked my At T installment balance to see if it was gone NOPE Apparently I still owe At T even thought directunlocks says I won t have to owe them anymore Maybe I m confused and got the whole wrong but it doesn t feel right But what I can say I paid sooooooooooooo much cheaper than having to pay At T to unlock my phone Still I ll have to owe them in the future which sucks

Unlocking the iPhone 15 Pro from the ATT network was circuitous at best I paid 100 for the first unlocking attempt however because there was money owed on the device I was then required to pay an additional 200 This was not what I was initially led to believe The device was unlocked three days sooner than their progress email was to otherwise indicate

Overall a good service Did as advertised Although it did take longer than the estimate Payment terms could be better explained Process takes two payments - final cost is closer to 50 Good communication throughout the process otherwise

Hostage rescue crew

Gautam rescued my phone from the hands of Cricket when you pay for a phone you expect it to be yours not so with Cricket they hijacked my phone and wanted another 103 days of in-service use before they would unlock it I was being held hostage by Cricket Gautam worked very hard to get this difficult phone unlocked This is money well spent and I will look to them in the future if I get hijacked again Thank you Gautam for all your hard work you rock sir
