Would have been a 5 star but the wait time was a little longer than expected but I could be wrong With all the hoops they have to settle on my behalf to get it unlocked Will be using them in the future for sure

Not a scam like I thought

Was very easy to do and I am not tech savvy Only two downsides were that it took 2 days to unlock the phone and I needed it immediately for an emergency and the second was hidden cost It charged me 30 to unlock the phone or so it said Then after verifying it was eligible to be unlocked it asked for another 50 If they would have let me know the price upfront it wouldn t have been a problem Just glad it actually worked

I d bought my phone from AT T but left them with a small bill don t understand with pay as you go I was able to take my phone to another company because they used AT T network but recently Verizon bought them I could not get the unlock code from them and I was really upset with all of them for putting me through this I searched online read reviews thought what the Heck and tried Direct Unlocks I was expecting seconds but didn t know the thorough job they were doing Within 24 hours I had unlock codes instructions a few other codes with instructions whew All it took was the 1st unlock code and I was in I ve also received emails checking if everything was okay What Great Customer Service

Manufacturer not carrier unlock

They got done what the phone maker and service providers would not do It is a subsidized phone with a manufacturer lock It took a few days of trying the same methods I did and fails Then paying extra I elected to pay for the tech hands on utility to my phone from Europe They seized my laptop and phone remotely and unlocked it

Actually my review is 4 5 because it took longer than normal process but once they notice my processing is slow and prioritized it get unlocked within 3-4 days Good service

Took a few days to unlock my iPhone 14 Pro from Xfinity but it worked Process was straight forward but price was higher than listed originally for the first check All in all my phone got unlocked in less than a week All I had to do was connect to WiFi and it did a OTA unlock and the eSIM slot says no sim restrictions now

I bought an I phone 14 pro max and it was locked to AT T I paid 80 00 to get it unlocked and then after a long 5-7 days they said they needed another 340 to continue the unlock and that it would take another 5-7 days I was frustrated but I felt good knowing that if it did not work I was guaranteed to get all of my money back After a long wait it was finally unlocked It was a long wait but happy it finally worked I did receive great customer service about every step of the process which was really nice and kept my mind at ease

so it s not as easy as they say but effective

So it s not as easy as they make it seem There are a few steps and the driest attempt isn t the real attempt to unlock it if yours in locked because you haven t paid off the phone If you own your phone don t waste your time with these people just call the people you bought it from or original service provider If you don t I recommend these people they did it for me and it worked it is also WAY MORE MONEY than 50 it cost me 50 then 210 And the ey say you can put the 50 towards another unlock if they aren t successful but you never get the money back
