The screw thread was rounded off and did not tighten I called the company and I was offered no apology jus told that if I want a replacement I would have to send a photo No reponsibilty wqs taken for the issue at all I do not know whether I am being sent a new one or not very poor customer service

Late delivery and poor communications
Did not update when parts would be delivered When contacting them they were not helpful used the live chat but eventually had to call in person The parts are of high standard and price is good but sadly I will go elsewhere next time I need handles locks and knobs

This is really a review of your choice to use Parcelforce as your delivery company I still don t have the item I ordered from you because I have been unable to coordinate being in when they try to deliver They won t leave the item in a safe place despite me saying I d take that risk they won t leave it at my local post office They have today taken it back to their distribution centre for collection- which is a 2hr round trip for me Absolutely useless The item might be brilliant but I would not buy from you again unless you offer a different delivery option Sorry

Don t send within timeline advised on website
Ordered a gate handle where specified 2-5 working days ordered on a Wednesday and hoping it would come nearer the 2 rather than day 5 After prompt order confirmation which said it wasn t out of stock so assumed good to go I chased the following Monday as was desperate for the handle Got an email back stating email not monitored really and will get back within 2 days On the 3rd day email stating order should be dispatched today and with me Friday day 7 - it wasn t You order a gate handle when needed not as a luxury Still waiting for the handle and wedging the bin against my gate to keep the dog in and had 2 missed deliveries since as can t push open the gate from outside Not happy

Unreliable The length of time it has taken to get me the items I placed an order for is ridiculous Been nearly 2 weeks and order still not received The order should have been delivered yesterday as per Parcelforce text but they failed I tracked the order last night and it the status read been sent back to sender due to incomplete address Had to cancel and pay the joiner which I had booked for today and he charged me for last minute cancellation UNEXCEPTIONABLE

Atrocious delivery service
Atrocious delivery service I spent 4 days waiting for delivery with 4 different delivery notifications 14-17 December from DPD In the end it was delivered to a local pickup shop and I had to collect my package Such a shame as the handles are actually really lovely Please change your delivery agent as they are useless

DPD have still failed to deliver three
DPD have still failed to deliver three days after the promised delivery day They have emailed me to claim that they could not find the address yet delivered next door the following morning I have been unable to contact DPD directly the only option on their website being to arrange delivery to a local pick up point I have done this and they have not managed this despite stating the package would be ready for collection yesterday
