Item was due in stock one month before

Item was due in stock one month before I ordered Pre paid Not despatched for an extra month No response to my chaser email After phoning delivery promised for 14 2 24 No show Delivery advised on 16 2 24 by email that morning AFTER I had left house and returned to post office in remote suburb rather than 2 closer offices Will not purchase from you again

Cheap screws supplied

No issues with the service but the product was substandard The screws to attached the handle to the door were useless 2 of them sheared off when trying to install and another sheared when trying to take it out again to paint The last screw is holding the handle on but the thread on that has gone so I can t even remove that

Was informed that order was out of stock almost two weeks after ordering I had specifically called in to confirm stock availability and was reassured they could fulfil my order Not ideal as item was needed soon No reimbursement offered

Let down

Phoned to confirm that they could get the door handles in before Xmas break which they confirmed Phoned them the next day once we had placed the order to again confirm that they would be here which they said yes Phoned them on the morning to check what time we should collect to which they then turned round said they won t be here we close today at dinner Had joiner on-site fitting our doors without handles Had to wait till new year to get my order

The first order that we made with DHC was a fast and efficient delivery The second order was delayed so we had to phone and email them The items were in stock and should have been delivered in 3-5 days but something went wrong and the items took 2 weeks to be delivered and in 2 batches When we spoke to Abby about the delay she was very helpful and organised the delivery straightaway

Ordered a look over a week ago it stated 2 day delivery parcel force say they were going to deliver within the stated time unfortunately the item has still not arrived Very disappointing and I would have purchased elsewhere if I had known that after 8 days I would still be waiting

Given wrong information on discount structure for trade delayed dispatch despite being told no delays envisaged No notification of delays and goods still not arrived Only 11 days from order so not critical yet but frustrating Reason for order was largely around delivery price point was largely comparable with other suppliers Will probably give benefit of doubt and order again

Poor customer service

Hi Spend probably over 1000 with them and found one of the locks to be faulty when called them was asked to send it for investigation and they wouldn t replace it until investigation is completed 8 lock we are talking about here Decided to order another one but was told must pay 6 for delivery also Just to replace a faulty product I leave the conclusion to you

Not the response I expected

The pair of Black Nickel handles I purchased looked great for a couple of weeks then the Nickel plate started to chip and peel of the one handle When I contacted the customer services department I was told that their suppliers warranty did not cover the finish What that has to do with me a customer of the Door handle company I don t know I was also told that on this occasion they would send me a replacement I have received a replacement and they do look good
