Paid extra money for next day delivery

Paid extra money for next day delivery and it just got delivered same time as it would have with free delivery disgusting No apology either

Absolutely terrible service from The

Absolutely terrible service from The Door Handle Company Placed our order online and told we would have our handles within 2-5 days 9 days later and zero comms from the DHC so we called them only to be told that the handles had been discontinued We selected an alternative and were told they would be with us special delivery by Monday Monday came and went with no handles to be seen We gave them till Wednesday and called again to be told they would have to speak to the warehouse So long story short two weeks since placing the order and we still have no handles Will not be using The Door Handle Company ever again

After placing an order I hadn t received any confirmation of when delivery would be so after a week I called the company the lady I spoke with advised that the company was out of stock of one of the items so I asked to cancel that line and that continue with the rest of the order I asked would that be refunded I was met with a sarcastic reply of well we won t just keep your money an not send you anything Anyway 4 days later still nothing so I called again and although the line cancelled no refund So the lady I spoke with this time was very apologetic and arranged the delivery and a refund Customer service was awful apart from the last women I spoke with zero communication of any updates of any kind I would not reccomend

Told in stock delivered in three days but did not receive until eight weeks later told by you several times it was sort out delivered eight weeks later after many phone calls

Delivery failure

I ordered a towel bar on 8 December It never arrived and I followed up on the 16th they said there was an attempted delivery on the 12th - item back at depot and they would attempt to re-deliver It would have been helpful if they proactively communicated with me to arrange re-delivery After they were going to arrange another delivery item once again never arrived I followed up on 23rd to ask for delivery or a refund - no reply - likely off for Christmas I followed up on the 28th -- simply asking for refund as I ve lost confidence item can be delivered I am still waiting a refund reply

Order placed in December the company held the order due to non stock item no email to explain situation Order arrived 13 1 25 with two items missing although Packing list had been checked off as complete

Ordered two door handles and centre fixing kit for a job paid over 6 for delivery which took 4 days had to purchase similar locally to finish the job and on top of all that then had to pay to send items backNot great is it

I ordered 2 handles for my new cupboard doors it said they were in stock I d booked the joiner to finish my kitchen and I had an email saying g I d got to wait another couple of weeks I ve not received them yet
