Extremely Helpful

DreamLease were extremely helpful with my new purchase the first time I ve ever tried leasing Customer service was great at all times They explained everything in simple terms Although my vehicle arrived about a month later than expected this was not Dreamlease s fault and they pushed things through as quickly as they could I would not hesitate to use them in the future

I m really glad I used DreamLease to lease my new Nissan Qashqai they explained the leasing process to me and helped me confirm my choice it went through very smoothly and the car was delivered a week early in excellent condition They have been very polite and helpful throughout

Aaron at Dream Lease was very helpful sending me quotes for 4 options I wanted to consider on the same car He explained everything to me with a pleasant and professional manner Haven t got the car yet 2 weeks from order date but the whole process so far was great

The initial conversations with the Sales Exec Shane were very helpful Everything went smoothly and car arrived on expected date The car was delivered with the fuel light on though so I contacted DreamLease and they apologised and said that this is not what they expect to happen they then arranged for money to be added to my bank account so I could fill up the tank Great communication and customer service from start to finish
