Smooth service but was told I was getting different spec to what I actually received

The actual lease process was fairly smooth as we have leased for many years now so know what to ask However car has arrived damaged which was recorded by driver etc How it left the factory with the piece not attached correctly is shocking from the factory and dealership The aftercare from Dreamlease has been shocking I have been trying to get it sorted as water is getting in which will damage the vehicle over time Called them direct and got through to some random who didn t even know which department to direct me to Eventually after many repeated emails I got the finance company phone number and they don t care as I m paying my bill I can t have my mobile during the day at work so trying to sort out is taking ages The only response I ve got is that the dealer won t take it and supply a courtesy car as they are 100 miles away and just to phone up the local dealer Having dealt with lease cars before the first thing the local dealer will want is some kind of authorisation from finance to sort it Plus we only have one car in the family so will struggle if it needs to be in a few days Maybe we were spoiled by previous company but communication was excellent whereas this is shocking Hoping someone from company sees this review and decides to take ownership of the issue
