Excellent service

I was looking for a lease car and it is all well and good reviewing Facebook but you do not get to see the car So after looking went to a few dealerships and has a look Then couldn t get a car I was first looking at so went to our next option More reviews found Dreamlease and enquired about the Nissan Leaf Jakub couldn t be more helpful if he tried excellent service throughout When it came to maintenance options I was of the thought wouldn t need it but after Jakub explained more and fact it made perfect t sense we went ahead with maintenance too Brilliant deal just what we were after and fantastic service from Jakub too

Great service from Olivia

On a very short timeline Olivia was great in making sure everything was chased up and taken care of - ended up less than 3 weeks from order to collecting the car They were really helpful and put in a lot of effort throughout the process to get everything done a well deserved 5

Top drawer customer service throughout

Great comms from Tom throughout the process haven t never leased a car before and he made it so easy transparent that left us filled with confidence we made the right choice Even when other lease companies moved price Tom made sure we were not inconvenienced financially no question ever made to feel silly The whole experience from Tom DreamLease was fantastic

Just gone through the personal leasing process for the first time in years So far could only describe my experience with DreamLease and specifically Jakub as excellent Very competitive quote excellent customer focused service and I have felt fully informed of my lease options and the various bilateral contractual obligations throughout And NO I am NOT a DeamLease employee Well done Jakub

The agent was polite and friendly and I did not feel under pressure to accept the deal on offer He explained everything to me very clearly and answered all of my questions

Dreamlease is a dream to use

Shane at Dreamlease has help me with my first lease car plan and all the way through the process the website has been helpful and Shane has been helpful with all my questions i had He made sure that i was happy all the way through the process So now i just have to wait for my car to be delivered exciting times

Dreamlease and Olivia First Class

Love the car the service from Dreamlease was exceptional I recall requesting quotes on the Mustang ID5 X2 iX3 and a Tesla Everything was organised and it felt like Olivia was more concerned with making sure I was happy and getting a good deal rather than closing a sale for what was only 1 car I cannot recommend the exceptional Olivia Wren-Foster more highly
