Update 2024 06 10 Alla mina d liga upplevelser var med DrSmile De rapporterade till och med till Trustpilot att mina upplevelser var med ett annat f retag bara f r att jag n mnde PlusDental L t mig s ga er mina upplevelser med PlusDental var fantastiska och deras mobilapp r b ttre n er Alla mina d liga upplevelser kom fr n DrSmile s sluta med dessa skumma taktiker bakom kulisserna Bakgrund r 2021 s g jag en annons p Instagram f r tandreglering fr n ett f retag som heter PlusDental Efter flera m naders behandling uppn dde mina t nder inte de utlovade resultaten Jag beh vde d genomg en f rfining Under denna process slogs PlusDental ihop med DrSmile vilket orsakade betydande f rvirring och sl sade mycket av min tid Fr n d tills nu 2024 har jag genomg tt sex f rfiningar med DrSmile men mina t nder visar ingen f rb ttring Dessutom hade jag tv interproximala reduktioner IPR vilket endast vidgade mellanrummen mellan mina t nder utan att r tta till deras inriktning Huvudsakliga problem Inkompetent app och kundservice DrSmile s mobilapp r helt v rdel s Deras s kallade Check-ins r ett sk mt Personalen granskar aldrig de foton som skickas in via appen Varje g ng ber kundservice mig att skicka fotona via e-post vilket bevisar att appen bara r en fasad f r att vilseleda konsumenter Vilseledande garantimetoder Efter min tredje f rfining f rs kte DrSmile utnyttja ett kryph l i sina villkor f r att h vda att jag inte uppfyllde deras garantikriterier Jag publicerade min upplevelse p Trustpilot och de ringde mig och erbj d sig att forts tta f rfiningarna om jag tog bort min recension I hopp om en l sning gick jag med p det Nyligen under min sj tte f rfining anv nde de samma taktik igen Trots att jag fr n b rjan informerade dem om att jag bara ville justera mina vre t nder vilket borde ha f renklat deras arbete h vdar de nu att jag inte uppfyller garantikriterierna eftersom jag inte bar tandskenorna f r mina undre t nder Varf r n mndes inte detta tidigare Slutsats DrSmile s tandregleringstj nst har varit ineffektiv f r mig Deras Check-ins existerar inte och deras metoder k nns vilseledande Jag rekommenderar starkt att s ka behandling hos en traditionell personlig tandl kare Min frustration och brist p resultat under ren borde tj na som en varning English DrSmile Do not bother with fake apologies Background In 2021 I saw an advertisement on Instagram for teeth alignment from a company called PlusDental After several months of treatment my teeth did not achieve the promised results I then needed to undergo refinement During this process PlusDental merged with DrSmile causing significant confusion and wasting a lot of my time From then until now 2024 I have gone through six refinements with DrSmile but my teeth show no improvement Additionally I had two Interproximal Reductions IPR which only widened the gaps between my teeth without correcting their alignment Key Issues Incompetent App and Customer Service DrSmile s mobile app is completely useless Their so-called Check-ins are a joke The staff never review the photos submitted through the app Each time customer service asks me to send the photos via email proving the app is just a facade to mislead consumers Misleading Guarantee Tactics After my third refinement DrSmile tried to exploit a loophole in their terms to claim I did not meet their guarantee criteria I posted my experience on Trustpilot and they called me offering to continue the refinements if I deleted my review Hoping for a solution I agreed Recently during my sixth refinement they used the same tactic again Despite informing them from the beginning that I only wanted to align my upper teeth which should have simplified their task they now claim I do not meet the guarantee criteria because I did not wear the aligners for my lower teeth Why wasn t this mentioned earlier Conclusion DrSmile s teeth alignment service has been ineffective for me Their Check-ins are non-existent and their tactics feel misleading I strongly recommend seeking treatment from a traditional in-person dentist My frustration and lack of results over the years should serve as a warning

In the beginning they treat me very nice After few months i called them and asked why i didn t get any payment the told me it will take a little bit I was waiting waiting then asked them again Finally they send it when i saw it i told them my argument is to pay little every month They said they will fix and send me new payment While i m waiting they send it to Inkasso I was shocked and told the that s not my problem because they told me to wait until they send me a new payment But they dont care The worst thing is am not happy with the result of my tooth not same as they showed me in the 3D video And i m paying extra 13000kr with out my fault

Don t recommend this place

The treatment plan is 5 months But the first round of refinement is 3 months I still have a gap in my lower teeth So not satisfied with the results I made refinement again This time is 2 months But I haven t confirmed the treatment plan this time because nothing has changed and they wants to charge more money for treatment5990sek They reasoned that I had not uploaded the photos But the truth is that I haven t received any notifications or messages in 3 months That s why I didn t upload the photos And I don t do IPR If I do IPR again my teeth will have even more space But my problem now is that my lower teeth have gaps so why do I have to do IPR again It was not same as the treatment plan and was overtime many months Who is responsible here that wastes my time I have never received such terrible treatment before DON T recommend this place because it s TERRIBLE

I have done a whole treatment with these guys and their costumer service sucks I wrote to them several times and no answer and I m not even satisfied with the outcome and wrote 3 emails to them and they never contacted me

Scammers in the name of Dental clinic

Never visit these scammmers they are here just to loot people nothing else they would do their best to loot you even if it s not good for your teeth after two months now these scammers say we will cancel the treatment but you have to pay this amount for us never trust them and never visit them

Genuinely one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with The customer service is horrible I have been stuck with my last set of braces for the past two months because they still haven t sent me my retainer even though they said it would take 1-2 weeks When I called they started saying it takes a month and they will get back to me with an email No email was received Now after two months they said again that they would send me an email Still no email I have been trying to call but no one picks up even though I am calling within their contact opening times My retainer scan was done in SWEDEN They said they would send it to my address in Stockholm

Just run away they simply don t know what they are doing They told me that my biting issue caused by the treatment will be fixed at the end of the 2nd refinement but it s not They tell me that the biting is a bit off at the end of the treatment but they also tell me to keep the aligners until I get the fix retainers so when am I supposed to know if there is actually there is an actual biting issue or if it is just a normal thing that will fix itself Now I went for a scan for the fixed retainers and guess what They told me that the retainers will most likely not fit because of my biting I m gonna wait for their expert to get back to me but I really feel like nobody knows what he is doing If you have a small thing to fix then ask yourself if it actually worth paying all that money if you have something more complex then go see a real orthodontist because DrSmile will take your money but will not fix anything Very disappointed
