I had a old double glazed bedroom window replaced Excellent price and service from a local company Matt installer did a great job friendly very knowledge and tidy The work was done in less than 2 hours High quality window very happy I would recommend Eaton home improvements to friends and family Support your local business I have also placed an order to upgrade an old door to a composite one excellent price quoted Mo who does the property surveys is very knowledgeable and ensures the best quality windows are sourced Mo is happy to talk through options for window and door designs and answer technical questions Great customer service all round from this company

Finally got round to installing a

Finally got round to installing a bifolding door in my gorgeous garden and a UPVC back door from my utility room We have had some gorgeous weather which I ve been able to enjoy so much more with the bifolding doors I ve used the company before so I expected high standards and got nothing less A wonderful caring sales team with excellent fitters

Fantastically managed great quality and price overall

Our project was large a one Old timber to new upvc keeping to the character and glass requirements From the start we were very impressed with Eaton - their customer service and support far above any other works I had done I would recommend Eaton Home Improvements for the time they gave in re assuring and making the changes we wanted The quality of our windows is brilliant with more welcomed light now flooding the house and kitchen

Great fast product and top service

I found Eaton to have fair pricing but what sets them apart is their outstanding fitting and after sales service I used them for my doors and was impressed enough to let them do my windows Matthias is an excellent fitter Moh is family oriented non pushy sales director and Emma has lovely after care service a delight to deal with

Great after-service care by Emma and the team They fitted my windows in the summer but one of my windows had a pressure crack This is a normal thing that can happen in a rare circumstances Emma sorted the replacement window free of charge straight away without asking too many questions I ve just had it fitted before Xmas and i m very happy with the turnaround and after sales support Don t hesitate in choosing Eaton Home Improvements they will look after you not just from start to finish but also in the future

The whole process was professional and simple from start to finish The agent came out brought a great sample window and explained everything clearly Informed me of all the upgrades available A fitting date was agreed and the windows were ready Throughout the whole process communication was easy On the day of fitting the fitters arrived promptly and got straight to work Kept the work area clean and uncluttered Worked in a very organised manner respecting our home and our values A great company to do business with honest straight forward ethics

An easy experience from start to

An easy experience from start to finish Such a lovely team of professionals Anthony and Mahreen that were always available to answer any queries The friendly fitters Alex and stu were brilliant and got on with the plan of the day They knew exactly what they were doing and hoovered after themselves Our job was a fairly large one in two parts for the existing part of our home and our new extension Both sets of windows white to the back and grey to the front seem high quality transforming the look to our property

Excellent communication at all times All of the scheduled work was completed on time In fact rescheduling enabled some to be completed even sooner superb guidance from the salesperson and the surveyor as well as superb work by the installer Anthony Overall I m really pleased with the outcome It was money well spent for a wonderful product and excellent service Since its installation the rooms have been significantly warmer and any noise that has come through has been greatly decreased Overall we are really satisfied with Easton Homes and their product

Most professional company

Most professional company My Bi-folding door looks stunning My door is very sturdy and cost a reasonable price No mess was left behind for me to clean up They used materials not to ruin my carpets always wore foot covers when inside my home Thank you once again will be using you guys in the future

We had several windows and a front porch door fitted by Eaton Home Improvements Their quote was very competitive The level of detail provided by the sales consultant was just about right With respect to the fitting and installation we were pleased with the excellent workmanship shown throughout a special shout-out goes to Anthony whose eye for detail and fit and finish was superb
