Having a horrendous experience with this company avoid at all costs Had a whole house done with windows bi-folds and composite front door Nothing had been registered with FENSA until over a year later Nothing but problems with the front door constantly making noises and clicking Also the sill has broken as poor quality by the looks of it I have been dealing with Mo from Birmingham then Emma at head office and now Sakib who is apparently the Director who has not replied to my latest messages after promising he would get this sorted and resolved I m at my wits end They have promised since last year to sort this out for me and then advised I can speak to FENSA myself which is when they discovered they hadn t registered it FENSA have advised they do not deal with the public and Eaton Home Improvements should not be advising to contact them Eaton Home Improvements have agreed the noises are not right I have this in writing from them but will not sort it out or replace the door and just keep going round in circles saying they do not know why it s happening I am a disabled person trying to resolve this issue and it s going round and round in circles with no end Such poor service and poor quality products

Having given a 5 star review back in December i have been let down by this company Having dialogues with Emma since November been told basically i am a lier In November Zaman came and gave us a quote which another company were able to match I mentioned this to Emma when she called me and she rang me back saying that she had spoken to the director and could also do it at this price but i would have to sign a disclosure and not mention the price quoted to me to others When it has come to having the windows fitted i have been told that the price i was given wasn t what they had quoted me in other words i was making it up and they did not have it written anywhere I am very upset and angry with this company as i have been called a lier and know 100 percent what i was quoted they have wasted my time

Still have a faulty door that makes terrible noises which sadly unless the people listening are willing to come and stay for a period of time to wait and listen I can do no more but record it Your previous long winded reply mentions it s loose pipes which I can assure you it s not Planning officers have heard it as well as many other people at my house Not only does it make a ridiculous amount of noise it doesn t close properly now since the last time the men came out and also the letter box leaks terribly and water pours through when the rain is heavy which is damaging the inside flooring Happy to share videos of the noises and water coming in Mo has said numerous times he will sort all these problems yet it has been lots of excuses now not to come and now he s not even replying to messages or phone calls Please give this company a wide birth I would also question the authenticity of the 5 star reviews as to who is making them as I recognise names of people that Mo has brought to my house to try to mend this door I am a disabled person just trying to get a long term problem resolved which affects my health with the stress of all this I m at my wits end

Your reply is untrue and full of holes Why is it ok the leave your door leaking with it rains and making noises all the time FENSA have done their part however it was only after your worker fiddled with the letterbox it had started leaking even worse Mo had agreed all the way through to get the manufacturer to sort this problem but you have now gone back on your word and will not rectify the problem You will also not contact me to try and resolve this issue

I have photo and video evidence of the letter box being fiddled with by Mo and his friend that came to look at the problems so please be careful what you are saying The letter box has leaked since Mo is very aware of this and I have all the messages on WhatsApp of him acknowledging and agreeing with the issues and leaks and saying he would get them fixed These are all messages from your manager at Eaton Home Improvements I am more than happy to share with everyone the leaking letter box the noises and issues I have had with your company and will not stop until these issues are resolved

Another storm another leak Still having a faulty front door that leaks and makes clicking noises Why don t you just repair or replace it Also be very careful of your reply previously stating I have not paid the builder I have and I have proof I also have a list of repairs and other expenses for faulty and dangerous building and electrical work I have had to pay to be put right The extras the builder asked for were not truthful at all and if you saw how many more thousands of pounds it is costing me to put his work right I can assure you he owes me money The builder concerned has not told you the truth about certain things so I d be careful in what you are publicly implying Why do you not contact me directly to resolve this issue Regarding my leaky letterbox your manager Mo was very aware as the man he brought to try and mend the door took it off and didn t have sealant with him to fix it again He said he d come back the next day and never did They were supposed to take the casing off as per the manufactures instruction and again this did not happen as he didn t have the correct tools with him why I do not know I m always wants to come out on a Sunday which I find strange too Why don t you just speak to me directly and resolve this issue I have a faulty door that makes noises and leaks Nothing to do with building work I had FENSA out to check as the door was moving but that is resolved now

My experience with this company has been a good one The work done is excellent The staff were very willing and polite

What I really liked about Eaton Homes is that he didn t pressure or hound us into buying We got back to Eaton homes after thoroughly researching their windows The surveyor came after a week and the windows arrived after 5 weeks We appreciated that we got an immediate call after the delivery of our windows for installation Day one half the job was done day 2 scaffolding up and rest of the job completed The scaffolding was taken away this morning on the third day We are still waiting for our composite door but the service honesty friendliness and communication has been so good that we can t complain We were emailed upon request screen shots of our FENSA registration as we are going away and we wanted to see that all has been registered There s nothing too much for Emma as she s always happy to help Mo is a gem and Matty the fitter is a star He talked about safety with us and the children as they were around but also let them see and talked through what he was doing It was helpful to know who was coming to do the windows Over all a lovely experience Just waiting for the door now and fit indirection on Sunday

Only 4 stars as I am yet to have an installation but have had a quote for a window The sales lady was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining everything thoroughly Looking forward to installation and will be back to review the installation too

I wasn t confident to make a choice from who we had seen because of the two different price ends quoted Then I contacted eaton from a flyer to get a price but not to go with them as I hadn t heard of them but just to see what they come out with to compare I m so glad I called eaton because the person on the phone was so interesting and informative that I knew my job was going to be done to perfection 4 weeks after the survey Eaton have done a beautiful job and the quality of the windows is something I thought I couldn t afford to have Work is seamless as though the new windows have always been there and as though the old bricks were made around the windows Didn t realise how good having the windows done would make me feel
