What is the point in asking for a review when my cover has not even started I will be happy to give an honest review if I am unfortunate enough to break down and need to use the service

Left stranded with two kids on m20 without recovery They had excuse that it is related to my old fix which was not the case Totally different issue than the last time Dodgy polices 2 star because they picked the phone

An update on my review of the 21st August 2024 Having originally requested offers from Green Flag an advert popped up saying press for offers which I did Unbeknown to me I was transferred to Emergency Assist who are nothing to do with Green Flag I am not accusing anyone of anything but please be aware Emergency Assist are not Green Flag My account is now closed with a refund Francis

Nothing is wrong how am I supposed to leave a review when I only bought the policy yesterday Ask me after a year or better still if I break down and need to use the company THEN we will be in a position to leave a review

Not terribly impressed

Not terribly impressed It took far longer than I expected for a recovery vehicle to arrive which was absolutely huge and oversized imo The driver then told me he d spent several years in prison for GBH whilst I was locked in the cab with him He was also the most scary driver I ve ever known At one point he hit the kerb at speed and I honestly thought we were going to die I think I d be reluctant to use them again and am actively seeking a business van insurance policy with another provider

No policy number given but v cheap via Groupon

Bought from Groupon Was sent documents but NO MEMBERSHIP NUMBER Very silly as the first thing the company will ask for is membership number policy number I haven t used yet but I m concerned That said price is excellent Paid 60 for all extras and premium cover for old car

Caveat emptor

let the buyer beware - A cautionary tale If a product is 20 when the market rate appears to be over 70 then something is different 100 miles from home with a tyre puncture I jacked up the car having removed the wheel nuts but the wheel was seized on No problem I thought my Premium Cover will help by sending someone to help me remove the wheel and fit my spare tyre Wrong - as I explained honestly to the call handler that I had hit a pothole not covered as this is an accident Wanted 330 00 to attend - needless to say I made alternative arrangements The big 3 cover this in all levels of their policies I checked and my cover is now with one of them
