ADO had affordable high quality e-bikes and great service

I currently own 2 ADO e-bikes The Air 20 and Air 28 I love the quality of the ADO e-bikes the different choices in models along with their affordability too Both models that I own are great I love the color have choices offered and I think that ADO offers fantastic customer service I have reached out with a few questions and their service has always been top notch Replies within a very reasonable time frame and I feel that ADO goes above and beyond They also have fun giveaways on social media I have tried other E-bike companies and ADO is my favorite be far

Really impressed with My Ado A20 and support service

Really impressed wiht My Ado A20 MAde 1200 km in 6 months and so far no problem arised Ado support is perfect they have solved me an annoying problema t the beginning by replacing my bike I have already suggested ADO and I ll suggest tme to you as well

I totally love my new ADO bike Last month I saw someone passing me by with no effort After doing my research on e-fold bikes I was sure that I wanted the new ADO Air 20s because all the reviews were good and it looks just so sleek I tried it and love it

Ado A20XE bought 3 months ago I underestimated what a great ride the bike would be on the road and off on the cycling networks Super bike and build There is a bit of effort in putting the bike together from the box but it s all there no additional requirements Information online is excellent And the after service wonderful I m so pleased I chose the Ado over other brands I looked at and rejected

ADO small but strong

I live in a hilly town but I can pull my bike up the hill without any problems My recommendation for this electric bike

About customer service

Their customer service has been great in my experience I still haven t received the bike but I had an issue with the payment and they were very helpful and they replied to my emails fast I ll try to update this review after I received the bike and let you know how my experience has been I m very excited because this is my first E-Bike and I hope I ve made the right choice

Unexpected perfection

It s a perfect riding experience My wife and I like it very much and the price of two bikes is much more cost-effective
