Eon so apparently when Eon steal money from your meter for no reason how do I help you by making you pay the whole amount back before they refund you and someone from Eon explain to me why I ve had to pay 50 off my meter that you stole before you paid it back to me and why am I still waiting for my money that you stole Just so we re clear the amount of time I ve waited should we slept on my confrontation that you ll be paying me I ve also told you about 37 times I want your services out of my property put yet that has been done yet either which isn t a surprise seeing how useless you are I will not be leaving my account number as you should know by their several complaints about Eon stealing from my meter AGAIN

i know im wasting my time writing about
i know im wasting my time writing about EON as they simply ignore what you put But here goes So to get a better tarrif you have to set up a direct debit which they control the amount they take Have a smart meter fitted and do everything online For starters im sick of them pushing smart meters on me One is never being fitted to my property Regarding direct debits they can whistle for it i will pay once ive used the credit id built up Seeing as i couldnt claim a refund into my bank they insisted it would be by cheque if they ever got round to refunding it So i stopped the direct debit and wont be setting another up Seems EON are adament that any customer who hasnt got a smart meter or paying by direct debit are not entitled to be treated fairly advice to anyone wishing to switch avoid EON like the plague as they do not give a toss about their customers and ignore anything written about them the reply below says it all cant even be arsed to reply in English treats customers like crap

I would give no stras if i could Probably the most expensive fornitore dal North Italy Except the fact that the bill is absolutely unclear and you can t hope to understand ever are adding enormous taxes for service and equipment never ledd then 50 of calculated by them at also extremely high price energy or gas Now migrated to other fornitore and got the bills for energy and gas 7 times less then at EON Do Not Recommend
