Very good experience at Heathrow Dmitri was very friendly

It was a very pleasant experience at the Heathrow London pick up location Dmitri our Europcar agent at the centre was very friendly service was professional and hassle free Dmitri even offered advice on the new Electric car that we are planning to purchase All in all very good experience and would highly recommend

Great customer service

The London Gatwick team worked miracles for us last night After EasyJet cancelled our flight to Aberdeen after we arrived at the airport we needed a last minute one way car hire for four adults and two children Within minutes they had organised a Vauxhall 7 seater and had us on our way within 30 minutes and we were in Aberdeen by six o clock this morning Many thanks your help was really appreciated

Car Pick Up At London Victoria Coach Station 12-Semley Place I did use the same location before but the service received from LACEN was excellent and he understood my needs and requirement and tried his best to accommodate me as I did not wanted to drive MG He was polite friendly and calm Thank you and keep up the good work and well done

Rebecca Edinburgh Airport

After an awful experience with green motion last weekend in Edinburgh Airport where they refused to give us our car that we already paid for we went back to the car rental department and got a lovely girl Rebecca in European who went over and above to help us out and managed to find us another people carrier at such short notice She was so helpful and kind We had absolutely no problems leaving the car back either and got our full deposit back straight away Thank you so much will definitely use them again

Exemplary customer service from the lady with the blue hair at Europcar Inverness Airport Such a pleasure to deal with friendly efficient happy and chatty She even remembered us from a previous rental She s a credit to Europcar Also a young Asian guy when we returned our car once again pleasant friendly and efficient But 5 stars and more to the lovely lady with the blue hair What a great start to our time in Scotland

The staff on today at Belfast International Keith Darina were super helpful as always Everytime I visit - they are smiling waiting with my paperwork we are on 1st name terms which given the amount of rentals they get through makes me feel special They were super cautious with the paperwork during everything and making sure all was correct as i am travelling across the border into Dublin Nothing was too much trouble to explain The jokes and camaraderie between the brightens up my already long morning

Outstanding Service Worcester

I rented from the Worcester branch of Europcar for one week The car was immaculate and ready on time The young man handling the reservation gets 120 for his professional caring and knowledgeable customer service He went above and beyond what is considered service in the UK these days Upon returning the car it was the same professionalism I will certainly rent from that branch again

Quick and hassle free at Europcar Heathrow

I rented a car at Europcar Heathrow airport and when I arrived I was given a bigger car than I booked without paying extra The pickup was quick easy and hassle free and the car was very clean The drop off was also quick and easy and after drop off which literally took 5 min the shuttle to the airport was ready and we were at the airport in 10-15 min I got my withheld deposit etc money back within few days Based on this and previous experiences I would definitely rent a Europcar car again Highly recommended
