Amazing easy experience

I hired a car for three days last weekend from the Purfleet branch and I have to write a review it was the most easiest rental experience I have ever had Thank you guys from pick up to drop off you were amazing also the person who did my booking on the phone

I hired a car on the 28th November from Manchester airport and the man unfortunately I can t remember his name and can t read his writing was so nice and helpful He ran me through everything I needed to know and even told me about the free shuttle I could use the week after to get to the terminal 100 recommend

The staff was incredibly accommodating

The staff was incredibly accommodating providing a kid-friendly menu that kept everyone happy The highlight was the outdoor patio where the kids could play while we relaxed The burgers were a big hit with my husband and me and the kids loved the pizza We also appreciated the variety of non-alcoholic beverages available for the little ones Overall the experience was enjoyable for all ages and we can t wait to return as a family

The best customer experience ever

The best customer experience ever I rented cars a few times in Newport just right before Christmas as my car broke down and Alex was incredibly accommodating kind and helping He provided me with a very friendly support through the process and even it was a stressful time for me he kept me happy and relaxed Seriously the top notch and model customer service most companies should learn We need more people like Alex If every company has Alex-like people the world would be a much better place indeed I highly recommend renting a car at the Europcar in Newport

Outstanding service from Paul at Europcar

We hired a car from Europcar for our stay in Jersey and really could not be happier with the service Many thanks Paul There was a small queue so i was able to chat about our stay and who i was travelling with it turns out the vehicle I booked would do the job but we d be very cramped so he upgraded up That little bit of going the extra mile means I will always look to book hire cars through European in future

Fantastic hire experience

Fantastic hire experience seamless pick up and drop off All round couldn t ask for more Booked online 200 cheaper than the competition Checked in online the day before with my documents went in store to collect van was ready de-iced and warm for me to get into You need to know that you need your driving licence and passport and a vehicle check code before going to make it easy along with a card for a holding deposit Drop off was done in 5 mins A chap called Preston checked me in and out ironically at the Preston store he was lovely and a real asset to the business went out of his way to make everything seamless and spot on

Europcar Bristol Airport

I prepaid for a vehicle online and picked it up from Bristol AirPort The customer service agent who dealt with my booking was courteous knowledgeable and professional The process was seamless On my return two days later at a predetermined drop off area I was greeted by Antony He proceeded to check the vehicle and then completed all paperwork with diligence and attention He too was professional and courteous All in all a very good experience I will have no hesitation to use Europcar for any further requirements
