wetroom shower tray

I have ordered a wetroom shower tray and will also be ordering the tanking system and tile backer boards Sam s knowledge of products is second to none and it is really reassuring having his expertise when there are so many products available

Responsive customer service well packaged

So far I ve just ordered samples- but the swift and helpful response I had to them not arriving as expected was in sharp contrast to getting anything out of Royal Mail Lovely tiles dispatched quickly and packaged well

Great selection and service

Beautiful big showroom with a great selection of tiles website is also good They send out samples for a nominal fee and this is really handy when you are trying to decide on colours Samples are dispatched quickly

Excellent customer service

Saw the same tiles with free delivery on a different website which is known for bad customer service So paid extra with European Heritage and it was worth it They went the extra mile for a time sensitive delivery helped me with photos of the different tiles and quickly replaced 3 cracked tiles

Easy to use website very helpful staff Joe quick replies to emails The tile samples I picked arrived quickly and well packaged Joe assisted me in picking the adhesive grout etc and even sent pictures of the grout as I had asked if it could match the tiles I had chosen Tiles selected and arrived with all my other items on a large pallet which the delivery driver dropped on our drive way Service was excellent

Tile samples arrived promptly and this company offered 8 free samples for viewing There are fewer tile showrooms with an extensive range as a lot of business for tiles is done online so samples are an essential prior to purchase

Excellent all-round Very quick to send out samples and easy to choose some beautiful tiles Everyone very helpful at the Melmerby showroom and even brought the tiles to my house 30 mins away rather than involve the delivery company Very friendly people and highly recommend

Pleased with tile order

Really pleased with our order of a load of wall tiles The tiles weren t in stock but the store hustled hard to get them delivered from Europe as quickly as possible and they arrived well-packed in great condition absolutely matching the sample we had previously received
