Old fashioned knowledgeable patient service - such a rarity

There might be glitzier flashier tiles on offer elsewhere but I ll always return to these guys for the best advice on a range of tiles that meets my needs perfectly

Exceptional service and great quality

I can t say enough great things about the service quality of product and customer experience I messed up my order and missed out on a discount as well as struggling with grout choices and working out the number of times needed Katherine was patient and informed Her advice has led me to having a better end result than I could have gotten to myself and she was happy to rectify my error

Fantastic service great products

This company has provided fantastic floor tiles for our small bathroom and I had great service Months later when we ready for the install my tile trim arrived for our shower and it didn t match my dark blue tiles As our fitter was on a tight schedule I ordered a polished nickel trim to match our brightwork instead which are quite difficult to come by This company went over and above to try and get them to me from their supplier as soon as they could Particular thanks goes to Joanna Oleksyk whose communication was 11 10 Felt like a very valued customer and I was buying three tile trims Would look to go out my way to use this company in the future
